Abstract: The apparatus may be configured to receive a plurality of sets of RU configuration parameters, receive an indication of a first set of RU configuration parameters in the plurality of sets of RU configuration parameters, and perform at least one repeating operation based on the first set of RU configuration parameters to facilitate a communication between a first wireless device and a second wireless device. In an aspect of the disclosure, the apparatus may be configured to transmit, to a RU, a plurality of sets of RU configuration parameters and transmit, to the RU, an indication of a first set of RU configuration parameters in the plurality of sets of RU configuration parameters for the RU to perform at least one repeating operation associated with facilitating a communication between the first UE and one of the control node or the second wireless device.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for sidelink repeating operations, such as by using an assisting node (e.g., a smart repeater, relay, or reflector) to enhance sidelink communication reliability. For example, one or more assisting nodes may be configured by a network entity and repeat sidelink communications for two or more user equipments (UEs). In aspects, an assisting node may receive, from the network entity, an indication of resources available for sidelink communications between a first UE and a second UE. The assisting node may also receive signaling that configures the assisting node to repeat sidelink communications between the first and the second UEs over the indicated resources. The assisting node then repeats sidelink communications between the first and the second UEs according to the received signaling.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a digital repeater may receive, from a control node, a configuration that indicates a digital processing operation, wherein the digital processing operation comprises a digital processing option selected from a plurality of digital processing options. The digital repeater may receive a first signal. The digital repeater may perform the digital processing operation on the first signal to generate a second signal, wherein the second signal comprises a re-generated version of the first signal. The digital repeater may transmit the second signal. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications in a network. A method includes receiving, from a first user equipment, a first uplink trigger message in a receive direction while in a first energy mode, wherein while in the first energy mode, the network entity is configured to: deactivate any synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) in the receive direction; monitor for uplink trigger messages during one or more configured uplink trigger occasions; and transitioning from the first energy mode to a second energy mode based at least in part on the first uplink trigger message, wherein while in the second energy mode, the network entity is configured to: activate one or more SSBs in the receive direction; and monitor for uplink trigger messages during the one or more configured uplink trigger occasions.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for facilitating the use of random access channel occasions for full-duplex communication. An example method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a first group of UEs may include receiving, from a base station (BS) of a wireless network, a first indication indicating, from a first plurality of random access channel occasions (ROs) not available for use by a second group of UEs within the wireless network, a set of ROs that are available for use by the first group of UEs within the wireless network, receiving a first signal of a plurality of signals transmitted by the BS, and transmitting, in response to receiving the first signal, a random access preamble in a first RO of the set of ROs based on a mapping between the first signal and the first RO.
