    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques and apparats relating to designs for the remaining minimum system information (RMSI) control resource set (CORESET) and the other system information (OSI) CORESET. In certain aspects, a wireless communication device (e.g., user equipment) is enabled to determine the location of Type0-PDCCH common search space CORESET and the OSI CORESET in the frequency and time domains based on the location of the synchronization signal block (SSB) transmissions in the frequency and time domains. Determining the location of the RMSI CORESET and the OSI CORESET frequency and time resources enables the UE to receive the RMSI CORESET and the OSI CORESET, respectively.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a reference signal (RS) transmitted by a neighbor cell of the UE. The UE may transmit an RS measurement report based at least in part on a measurement of the RS received from the neighbor cell. The UE may receive an indication associated with the neighbor cell after transmitting the RS measurement report, wherein the indication indicates that the neighbor cell is to serve as a secondary cell for the UE or that the neighbor cell is to serve as a primary cell for the UE. The UE may receive, after receiving the indication, at least one of a synchronization signal block (SSB) associated with the neighbor cell or a system information block (SIB) associated with the neighbor cell.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some examples, a network entity may establish a connection with two or more user equipments (UEs). The network entity may transmit control signaling to each of the two or more UEs to indicate cell groups and corresponding cell group configurations for each of the two or more UEs. The network entity may detect a change in mobility information associated with the two or more UEs. The network entity may transmit, based on the change in mobility information, a group triggered mobility message that indicates for the two or more UEs to transition from the cell group to one or more second cell groups. The one or more second cell groups may be associated with one or more second cell group configurations that were indicated via the unicast control signaling.

A base station may transmit a channel state information (CSI) reference signal (CSI-RS) to a user equipment (UE) using heterogenous antenna panels, where a first antenna panel used to transmit the CSI-RS may have a different number of antenna ports than a second antenna panel used to transmit the CSI-RS. The UE may generate a codebook to report CSI based on the heterogenous antenna panels. In some cases, the UE may report compressed CSI if the antenna panels are in close proximity together.
