    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive one or more control messages that collectively schedule three or more physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs) involving at least two scheduling overlaps, at least one of the three or more PUCCHs with repetition across multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs). The UE and the network entity may perform a conflict resolution procedure to resolve the two or more scheduling overlaps, the conflict resolution procedure based on an order for resolving scheduling overlaps between the three or more PUCCHs. The UE may transmit, to the network entity, a resolved set of PUCCHs from the from the three or more PUCCHs based on the conflict resolution procedure.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive signaling indicating a set of channel state information (CSI) report configurations for sidelink communications between the first device and a second device. The first device may then receive a request from the second device for a CSI report according to a first CSI report configuration from the set of CSI report configurations. The first device may perform channel measurements based on receiving the request and may generate the CSI report using the channel measurements according to the first CSI configuration. In some cases, the first device may determine whether to additionally generate the CSI report using one or more previous channel measurements based on whether the previous channel measurements were taken according to the same CSI report. The first device may then transmit the generated CSI report to the second device.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide apparatus, methods, processing systems, and computer readable mediums that allow a switch between coherent physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmissions (e.g., that include demodulated reference signals (DMRS)) and non-coherent PUCCH transmissions (e.g., without DMRS). An example method by a user equipment (UE) generally includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration of a set of PUCCH resources with different PUCCH formats, receiving signaling, from the network entity, indicating one of the PUCCH resources for a PUCCH transmission and whether the PUCCH transmission is to be sent as a coherent transmission or non-coherent transmission, and sending the coherent or non-coherent PUCCH transmission in accordance with the indication.

    Abstract: The apparatus of the wireless communication may include a first wireless device configured to transmit sidelink control information (SCI) reserving periodic resources for an initial transmission and aperiodic resources for one or more retransmissions over a sidelink, transmit the initial transmission using the periodic resources, and transmit the one or more retransmissions using the aperiodic resources. The apparatus of wireless communication may also include a second wireless device may be configured to receive the SCI indicating the set of resources for the sidelink transmission from the first wireless device, determine a first resource in the set of resources is periodically reserved, and determine one or more remaining resources in the set of resources is aperiodically reserved.
