Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive configuration information for a plurality of carriers, wherein a set of first carriers of the plurality of carriers are single transmit receive point (single-TRP) carriers and a set of second carriers of the plurality of carriers are multi-TRP carriers; determine, for the plurality of carriers, a distribution that satisfies a per-span capability of the UE, wherein the distribution is of at least one of a plurality of non-overlapped control channel elements or a plurality of blind decodes, wherein the distribution is based at least in part on which carriers, of the plurality of carriers, are single-TRP carriers or multi-TRP carriers; and receive communications on the plurality of carriers in accordance with the distribution. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive one or more control messages that collectively schedule three or more physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs) involving at least two scheduling overlaps, at least one of the three or more PUCCHs with repetition across multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs). The UE and the network entity may perform a conflict resolution procedure to resolve the two or more scheduling overlaps, the conflict resolution procedure based on an order for resolving scheduling overlaps between the three or more PUCCHs. The UE may transmit, to the network entity, a resolved set of PUCCHs from the from the three or more PUCCHs based on the conflict resolution procedure.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive signaling indicating a set of channel state information (CSI) report configurations for sidelink communications between the first device and a second device. The first device may then receive a request from the second device for a CSI report according to a first CSI report configuration from the set of CSI report configurations. The first device may perform channel measurements based on receiving the request and may generate the CSI report using the channel measurements according to the first CSI configuration. In some cases, the first device may determine whether to additionally generate the CSI report using one or more previous channel measurements based on whether the previous channel measurements were taken according to the same CSI report. The first device may then transmit the generated CSI report to the second device.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide multiplexing of one or more control or shared channel communications on one or more uplink component carriers (CCs). Uplink control channel communications may be multiplexed within each CC that is configured for uplink control channel transmissions and, after multiplexing the control channel communications within each CC, multiplexing with shared channel communications may be performed. Multiplexed or un-multiplexed control channel communications may be multiplexed with a shared channel communication on a same or a different CC, where the multiplexing on the same CC or on the different CC is based at least in part on a configuration associated with concurrent shared channel and control channel communications. Further a priority associated with one or more of the shared channel communications or the control channel communications may be used to determine channels to multiplex together on a CC.

Abstract: The apparatus of the wireless communication may include a first wireless device configured to transmit sidelink control information (SCI) reserving periodic resources for an initial transmission and aperiodic resources for one or more retransmissions over a sidelink, transmit the initial transmission using the periodic resources, and transmit the one or more retransmissions using the aperiodic resources. The apparatus of wireless communication may also include a second wireless device may be configured to receive the SCI indicating the set of resources for the sidelink transmission from the first wireless device, determine a first resource in the set of resources is periodically reserved, and determine one or more remaining resources in the set of resources is aperiodically reserved.
