Abstract: According to an embodiment, a system comprises one or more processors and one or more computer-readable non-transitory storage media comprising instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause one or more components of the system to perform operations. The operations comprise determining that an endpoint device has requested to discover a location of a protected resource that is protected by a gateway, determining whether the endpoint device has provided a token that is valid, and permitting the endpoint device to discover the location of the protected resource based on determining that the endpoint device has provided the token that is valid. The token indicates that the endpoint device successfully completed a first multi-factor authentication procedure in connection with accessing an authentication enforcement resource.

Abstract: Techniques for improving options templates are described. The techniques may be performed at least in part by a network edge device and may include receiving, from a network collector device, a request for an options template download, the request indicating whether a full options template or partial options template are requested. Based at least in part on whether a full options template or a partial options template are requested, the method may also include, transmitting a response to the network collector device including a segment of the options template, wherein each segment includes a flag indicating whether the segment is a last segment of at least one more segment will follow. Finally, the method may include receiving from the collector device and in response to transmitting a segment having the flag indicating the segment is a last segment, an acknowledgement that the full options template has been received.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing adaptive probe responses may be provided. An Access Point (AP) may receive a new probe response configuration, and compare the new probe response configuration to an old probe response configuration. The AP may determine that AP is operating in an ignore, a duplicate, or a hybrid mode based on the comparison of the new probe response configuration to the old probe response configuration. The AP may determine one or more probe response structures using the new probe response configuration and/or the old probe response configuration based on the mode the AP is operating in. When the AP receives a probe request from a Station (STA), the AP may send one or more probe responses in the probe response structures based the mode the AP is operating in.
