Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication by a user equipment, comprising receiving a Layer 1/Layer 2 (L1/L2) mobility configuration for each cell in a configured cell set, wherein the L1/L2 mobility configuration identifies one or more primary cell configurations for each secondary cell in the configured cell set, one or more secondary cell configurations for each primary cell in the configured cell set, and a measurement configuration for each cell in the configured cell set. The implementations further include measuring signals from each cell of the configured cell set according to the measurement configuration. Additionally, the implementations further include transmitting a measurement report including measurement information based on the signals measured from each activated cell of the configured cell set.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication between a user equipment (UE) and a base station. The UE monitors for a wake-up signal (WUS) within a WUS monitoring window based on a jitter monitoring window associated with jittered data traffic at a base station. The base station transmits, to the UE, the WUS. The UE determines whether the WUS is received within the WUS monitoring window. The UE detects a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) occasion following a location of the WUS by an offset based on the WUS being received within the WUS monitoring window. The base station transmits, to the UE, in the SPS occasion following the WUS by the offset, a physical downlink shared channel including a data frame of the jittered data traffic.

Abstract: In an aspect, a UE receives, while a secondary cell group (SCG) is associated with a dormant state, at least one downlink transmit beam associated with at least one cell of the SCG. The UE determines, while the SCG is associated with the dormant state, an uplink transmit beam for a primary secondary cell (PSCell) of the SCG based on one or more of a spatial relation indication (SRI), whether there is beam correspondence between the at least one downlink transmit beam and the uplink transmit beam, a default uplink transmit beam, or a combination thereof. The UE transmits a signal related to a measurement between the UE and the one or more SCells of the SCG on the determined uplink transmit beam.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station as part of a wireless communications system. The UE may receive, from a base station, an indication of a configuration for a multi-panel transmission power control (TPC) command to be transmitted by the base station. The UE may also receive, according to the indicated configuration, a downlink control information (DCI) message including a set of TPC commands. The UE may determine, based on the set of TPC commands, a first transmit power for a first antenna panel of the UE and a second transmit power for a second antenna panel of the UE. The UE may transmit an uplink signal using the first antenna panel at the first transmit power and the second antenna panel at the second transmit power.
