    Abstract: A method, a device, and a system for triggering a scheduling request (SR) to meet quality of service (QoS) requirements of different services in a New Radio (NR) vehicle to everything (V2X) system and to avoid or reduce unnecessary SR triggering. The method includes that a network device sends a first message to a terminal device, where the first message includes a first identifier and one or more configuration parameters corresponding to the first identifier. The first identifier is of a first logical channel, and the first logical channel is of a sidelink (SL) radio bearer. Alternatively, there is a mapping relationship between the first identifier and the first logical channel.

    Abstract: In a method, a first node receives a plurality of pieces of first information from a plurality of second nodes, where each of the plurality of pieces of first information indicates a service type of a set to which a second node that sends the first information belongs. The first network device generates first scheduling information based on the target state information of the first area and a first target sub-policy network, where the first target sub-policy network is a target sub-policy network that is in K target sub-policy networks and that corresponds to the first network device.     Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a network distribution method and system. A first electronic device sends a first probe request, and a second electronic device sends a first probe response after receiving the first probe request. The first electronic device establishes a first connection to the second device by using temporary networking data in the first probe response. The second electronic device transmits network distribution data of a master access point to the first electronic device through a temporary network of the first connection. The first electronic device and the second device then establishes a second connection through the temporary network in an encrypted manner. Therefore, network security of the first electronic device and the second electronic device is high.
