    Abstract: The present invention is related to a field of display technology, and in particular to a thin film transistor array substrate, which comprises a glass substrate, as well as a buffer layer and a pixel structure layer disposed on a first surface of the glass substrate, wherein a plurality of patterned three-dimensional microstructures are formed on the first surface of the glass substrate, and the buffer layer and the first surface are mutually meshed. The present invention also discloses a method of manufacturing the array substrate mentioned above, and a display device comprising the array substrate. The thin film transistor array substrate provided by the present invention improves the light transmittance of the array substrate.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area configured to display an image and a dummy pixel area disposed outside of the display area. The dummy pixel area has a plurality of dummy pixels disposed therein. Each dummy pixel includes a pixel protection unit. The dummy pixels are defined by crisscrossing data metal lines and gate metal lines in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, respectively. A pattern of a projection of a semiconductor layer on the horizontal plane intersects the corresponding data metal line, is separated from the corresponding gate metal line, and is disposed toward a center of each dummy pixel, to prevent the display device from poor display due to contact between the semiconductor layer and the gate metal lines in the dummy pixel area when electrostatic discharge occurs.

The method will eliminate the stripe feeling of the scream picture displayed on the display panel and so improve the display quality.

    Abstract: A light valve device includes a driving substrate having a shading zone and a photic zone. A shading unit includes a first shading plate, two driving devices, and second shading plates respectively connected to the two driving devices. The driving devices and the first shading plate are fixed in the shading zone adjacent to the driving substrate. The first shading plate is between the two driving devices. The driving devices are operable to drive the two second shading plates close to the first shading plate to make the second shading plates face the photic zone of the driving substrate for preventing light entering the driving substrate. By locating the light valve device under the sub pixel, the dynamic contrast can be raised to promote the display effect.

    Abstract: A touch device and a touch method of a flexible OLED display apparatus are provided. The touch method includes: acquiring a variation value of a cathode voltage when the display mode is switched; comparing the variation value of the cathode voltage with a preset threshold value, and when the variation value of the cathode voltage exceeds the preset threshold value, increasing the emitter electrode voltage of the touch electrode layer in the Flexible OLED display apparatus. When the cathode voltage changes due to the display mode switching, if the variation value thereof exceeds the preset threshold value, the voltage output amplitude of the emitter electrode is increased, so as to keep the amount of variation of the electric quantity of the receiver electrode constant, thereby keeping the electric quantity of the node capacitance between the emitter and receiver electrodes constant and enhancing the consistency of touch performance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method of anti-glare covers, an anti-glare cover, and a display panel. The method includes: forming a layer configured with a plurality of micron-sized inorganic particles on a surface of a cover, forming a layer of organic compound on the inorganic particles, conducting a high temperature rolling treatment on the cover to melt and transform the organic matter into a viscous flow state, conducting a cooling process on the cover. The inorganic particles are fixed by a film formed by the organic compound such that the inorganic particles are distributed on the substrate.
