The present invention discloses a base station, a terminal, and a handover method. The handover method includes: sending an indication message by a base station, wherein the indication message is used to instruct the terminal to further establish a connection to the base station through a second channel in a case in which the terminal maintains a connection to the base station through a first channel; receiving an access message by the base station through the first channel, wherein the access message indicates that the terminal has established the connection to the base station through the second channel; sending a handover command by the base station, wherein the handover command instructs the terminal to switch the communication with the base station from the first channel to the second channel; and switching, by the base station, communication with the terminal from the first channel to the second channel.

The present invention discloses a channel selection method and device and relates to the communications field, so as to resolve a problem of applying an unlicensed spectrum to a wireless cellular network. The channel selection device is configured to acquire a candidate unlicensed channel, determine an available unlicensed channel from the candidate unlicensed channel, where the available unlicensed channel is an unlicensed channel that is not interfered or on which a strength of an interference signal is less than an interference detection threshold, and acquire a first operation channel from the available unlicensed channel, where the first operation channel is a channel on which the channel selection device performs communication with user equipment in a wireless cellular network mode.

The disclosure relates to a traffic scheduling device for scheduling a transmission sequence of data packets, stored in a plurality of traffic flow queues, an eligibility state of each of the traffic flow queues for the scheduling is being maintained in a hierarchical scheduling database describing a relationship among the plurality of traffic flow queues. The traffic scheduling device includes: a plurality of interconnected memory cluster units. Each memory cluster unit is associated to a single or more levels of the hierarchical scheduling database and each memory cluster unit is coupled to at least one co-processors. At least one co-processor is software-programmable to implement a scheduling algorithm. The traffic scheduling device also includes an interface to the plurality of traffic flow queues.

Embodiments of the present invention provide an information transmission method and an apparatus, including: receiving, by a base station, first indication information sent by first user equipment UE, where the first indication information is used to indicate baseband processing bandwidth of the first UE, and the baseband processing bandwidth of the first UE is less than or equal to preset bandwidth; determining, by the base station, the baseband processing bandwidth of the first UE according to the first indication information; and sending, by the base station, first information to the first UE according to the baseband processing bandwidth of the first UE, where the first information is sent by the base station to the first UE through a physical downlink shared channel PDSCH, and bandwidth occupied by a physical resource of the first information is less than or equal to the baseband processing bandwidth of the first UE.

The method includes: acquiring, by user equipment, a first preamble corresponding to a cell set of a primary timing advance group of a first base station and a second preamble corresponding to a cell set of a secondary timing advance group of a second base station; sending the first preamble to the first base station, to initiate random access to the first base station according to the first preamble; and sending the second preamble to the second base station, to initiate random access to the second base station according to the second preamble.

The method includes: receiving, by a receive end device, data sent by a transmit end device; generating, according to the received data, a protocol data unit PDU carrying feedback information, where the feedback information is used to indicate whether the receive end device receives the data correctly; and sending, to the transmit end device, the PDU carrying the feedback information.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for random access in an idle state and a device. The method includes: sending, by user equipment (UE), a random access preamble to a evolved NodeB (eNB), and receiving a random access response message that is sent by the eNB according to the random access preamble; sending, by the UE, a first message to the eNB according to first uplink grant information; and receiving, by the UE, second uplink grant information sent by the eNB, and sending to-be-sent data to the eNB according to the second uplink grant information. According to the method for random access in an idle state and the device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, accuracy of uplink resource allocation is improved during random access of UE in an idle state.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a mobility management method, including: receiving, by a target eNB, a handover request sent by a UE through a source eNB, where the handover request is used to hand over the UE from the source eNB to the target eNB; and sending original configuration information and updated configuration information to the UE. In the present invention, a target eNB sends original configuration information and updated configuration information to UE, so that the UE performs a handover operation through the original configuration information or the updated configuration information selected from the received original configuration information and updated configuration information.

The present invention provides a random access method, a user equipment and a network equipment. The method comprising: acquiring a random access group scheduling identity, wherein the random access group scheduling identity is shared by user equipments belonging to a first group; receiving control signaling scrambled by the random access group scheduling identity on a PDCCH, and decoding the control signaling according to the random access group scheduling identity; receiving a data packet on a PDSCH according to the decoded control signaling, wherein the data packet comprises indication information used for instructing at least one UE belonging to the first group to perform a random access; and determining that the random access is needed to be performed according to the indication information, and performing the random access. The embodiments of the present invention may save PDCCH resource.
