The method for producing an oxide film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of coating a substrate with an oxide solution, and irradiating the oxide solution coat with ultraviolet rays under an inert gas atmosphere.
Abstract:
Provided is a user interface (UI) apparatus based on a hand gesture. The UI apparatus includes an image processing unit configured to detect a position of an index finger and a center position of a hand from a depth image obtained by photographing a user's hand, and detect a position of a thumb on a basis of the detected position of the index finger and the detected center position of the hand, a hand gesture recognizing unit configured to recognize a position change of the index finger and a position change of the thumb, and a function matching unit configured to match the position change of the index finger to a predetermined first function, match the position change of the thumb to a predetermined second function, and output a control signal for executing each of the matched functions.
Abstract:
An occupant safety system using an optical fiber grid sheet and a method thereof are provided. The occupant safety system applies light to optical fibers constituting an optical fiber grid which is attached to a moving body and in which the optical fibers are arranged in a grid pattern; receives the applied light through the optical fibers; grasps a location of impact on the moving body based on the received light receiving signals; and controls operations of safety devices provided in the moving body based on the grasped location of the impact. Accordingly, the occupant safety system can sense impacts on the moving body everywhere through the optical fiber grid, and can exactly grasp the location of the impact and can drive an appropriate safety device timely. Therefore, the occupant can be protected safely.
Abstract:
A method of preparing a positive active material for a lithium secondary battery represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 (LiwNixCoyMn1-x-y-zMzO2) includes: (a) preparing a metal salt aqueous solution including a lithium raw material, a manganese raw material, a nickel raw material, and a cobalt raw material; (b) wet-pulverizing the metal salt aqueous solution using beads having a particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.30 mm at 2000 to 6000 rpm for 2 to 12 hours to prepare a slurry; (c) adding a carbon source to the slurry; (d) spray-drying the slurry of the step (c) to prepare a mixed powder; and (e) heat-treating the mixed powder.
Abstract:
Provided are an apparatus and method for providing augmented reality information using a glasses-type wearable device or head mount display. The present invention may provide augmented reality information generated by overlaying POI information in a gaze direction of a user on an image in the direction. Also, the present invention may compare main POI with an object in the image to adjust position information of the user when providing the augmented reality information, thereby providing the augmented reality information having high visibility and accuracy, with the size of UI being adjusted according to the distance from the user. The present invention may allow the user to designate an object in the image by a 3D pointing operation of the user, thereby displaying more precise augmented reality information.
Abstract:
A low noise comparator for a high resolution ADC is provided. The comparator includes: an inputter configured to receive a signal and amplify the signal; and an outputter configured to output a result of comparing the signal output from the inputter, wherein an inductor is connected to an input terminal of an input element of at least one of the inputter and the outputter. Accordingly, the comparator can satisfy the gain value and the noise performance at the same time by using the inductor which has no voltage headroom problem.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and device for recognizing a situation based on an image using a template. The present invention provides the device for recognizing a situation based on an image. The device includes a camera unit capturing an image which is divided into a plurality of regions and having a template for each of the regions, the template defining characteristics of each of the regions, and a control unit detecting an object in the image and determining the situation surrounding the object according to the template mapped to the region to which the detected object belongs. In addition, the present invention provides the method of operating the device for recognizing a situation.

Abstract:
When a user wants to move or share the contents, information on network status, a position of a terminal, and a property of the terminal is collected and displayed intuitively to the user. Then, quality of the contents is adjusted in accordance with selection of the user adaptively. The contents can be displayed through the selected terminal with adaptively adjusted quality based on the information on network status, the position of a terminal, and the property of the selected terminal.
