Abstract: A method for transmitting data in wireless LAN may include the step of: receiving a non-target RTS frame from a second STA by a first STA, wherein the non-target RTS frame includes an RA field indicating a third STA; when the first STA does not receive a non-target CTS frame after a predetermined time and tries to transmit a data frame to an AP, transmitting an RTS frame to the AP by the first STA, wherein the non-target CTS frame is a response frame to the non-target RTS frame; and when the first STA has received a CTS frame in response to the RTS frame from the AP, transmitting the data frame to the AP by the first STA.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for converting, by a station (STA), a non-traffic indication map (TIM) mode into a TIM mode and performing channel-accessing. According to the present invention, a station that does not receive a TIM or DTIM is to be switched so as to operate between a wakeup mode and a sleep mode for power saving. In order to set an efficient wakeup time, the STA may listen to beacon frame information from an AP and access a channel through information included in the beacon frame information.
