    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication to switch a beam used by the UE, wherein the indication triggers at least one of a reference signal for a beam measurement or a transmission of a measurement report, based at least in part on an association of the beam with the reference signal or the measurement report. The UE may receive the reference signal associated with the beam measurement based at least in part on receiving the indication to switch the beam. The UE may transmit, using one or more transmission parameters, the measurement report indicating a measurement of the reference signal, wherein the one or more transmission parameters are based at least in part on receiving the indication to switch the beam. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: A configuration for inter-cell interference coordination in wireless communication systems. The apparatus determines a priority order of a first base station to schedule a first transmission with a first UE. The apparatus transmits a first transmission request to the first UE to schedule the first transmission. The apparatus receives, from the first UE, a measurement report based on the first transmission request received by the first UE, the measurement report indicates a signal quality of the first transmission request. The apparatus determines to schedule the first transmission with the first UE based at least on the measurement report. The apparatus sends a schedule indication to at least a second base station indicating whether the first transmission is scheduled with the first UE, at least the second base station has a lower priority order than the first base station.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods can use common transmission configuration indication (TCI) states to indicate beam directions for single-target and multi-target communications. A wireless communication device is configured to communicate a configuration for a plurality of transmission configuration indications (TCIs). The wireless communication device is further configured to communicate a first activation of a first TCI of the plurality of TCIs for a first signal, and a second activation of a second TCI of the plurality of TCIs for a plurality of second signals. A method that may be performed by a UE includes sending, to the network from the UE, capability information, wherein: the capability information comprises at least one capability related to one or more TCI beam indication types, and at least one of the one or more TCI beam indication types comprises a multi-channel beam indication type, receiving, from the network, a configuration for the multi-channel beam indication type, wherein the configuration is based on the sent capability information, and communicating with the network based on the configured multi-channel beam indication type.
