Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to managing bandwidth parts for wireless communication. A BWP, of a plurality of BWPs of a carrier bandwidth, is activated. One of a slot format or a signaling priority of the activated BWP is determined. A second BWP may be configured to be complementary to the activated BWP, based on the determined slot format or signaling priority, wherein the second BWP is designated as a new BWP for a user equipment (UE) when the activated BWP is deactivated. In one aspect, the apparatus may configure a frame structure including a plurality of slots in a subframe, the plurality of slots including at least one of one or more downlink slots, one or more uplink slots, or one or more flexible slots, each of the one or more flexible slots including multiple subband resources. The apparatus may also signal configuration information of the frame structure including the plurality of slots. Additionally, the apparatus may communicate data via the frame structure including the plurality of slots.

An example base station may transmit, to a first user equipment (UE), an indication of a first transmit (Tx) power for a first DL transmission on a first downlink (DL) resource on a carrier, the first DL resource being at a first frequency. The first DL resource may be at a first frequency. The first Tx power may have a power level configured based on a difference between the first frequency for the first DL resource and an uplink (UL) frequency region of the carrier. Then, the base station may transmit the first DL transmission using the first frequency and the first Tx power. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: A UE may identify slots to transmit and/or receive information related to one or more HARQ processes in frame structure that includes both sub-band full duplex slot types and time division duplex slot types. Based on a first slot used for control information, a UE can identify a second slot for PUSCH or PDSCH communication based on an offset between the first slot and the second determined by calculating slot offsets (e.g., based on parameters received from a base station). In some aspects, a UE may exclude certain slot duplex types (e.g., SBFD or TDD) when calculating slot offsets. In some aspects, a UE may calculate slot offsets differently for different HARQ processes corresponding to one frame. In some aspects, slot offset behaviors may be based on priority of information associated with a HARQ process.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for utilizing positioning reference signals (PRS) in full duplex scenarios. An example method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a positioning reference signal in a time slot, wherein the positioning reference signal spans a first frequency bandwidth, transmitting a signal in a second frequency bandwidth during the time slot, wherein the second frequency bandwidth includes frequencies within the first frequency bandwidth, and processing the positioning reference signal received in the first frequency bandwidth excluding the frequencies in the second frequency bandwidth.
