Abstract: Disclosed are three-dimensional (“3D”) graphical user interface (“GUI”) elements for improving user interactions with a digital environment or a device by simplifying access to different data, functionality, and operations of the digital environment or the device. A 3D GUI element may include first visual information at a first position and second visual information at a second position within the 3D space represented by the 3D GUI element. In response to first input directed to the first visual information, the 3D GUI or system may perform a first action that is mapped to the first input and the first visual information within the 3D GUI element. In response to second input directed to the second visual information, the 3D GUI or system may perform a second action that is mapped to the second input and the second visual information within the 3D GUI element.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for generating a video file, a terminal, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: presenting, in response to a received video editing instruction, a video editing interface; determining, in response to a clicking operation on a button in the video editing interface, a target audio and a target image for video synthesis; obtaining an audio parameter corresponding to each audio frame; generating a spectrogram corresponding to each audio frame based on the audio parameter; generating, based on the spectrogram and the target image, multiple video frame images that each corresponds to one of the audio frames and includes the spectrum corresponding to the one of the audio frames; and performing, based on the multiple video frame images and the target audio, video encoding to obtain a target video file.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes an HVAC system that includes a plurality of dampers each corresponding to one building zone of a plurality of building zones, a plurality of sensors each corresponding to the one of the plurality of building zones, and a control board communicatively coupled with the plurality of dampers and sensors. The control board includes a plurality of status light sources, each corresponding to one damper the plurality of dampers, a plurality of communication light sources each corresponding to one sensor of the plurality of sensors, and a microcontroller programmed to control operation of equipment in the HVAC system. The microcontroller is configured to perform “a hardware test mode” to facilitate diagnosis of the plurality of dampers by causing the plurality of status light sources to sequentially execute a first light scheme or a second light scheme in response to instructions to the plurality of dampers.

Abstract: The technology described herein relates to a visual communication system for a helmet mounted visual communication and navigation system. A visual communication system may include a pointing laser on a vision module pointing forward in a direction of a user's point of view (POV), a rear communication light configured to project light in a backward direction from the user's POV, a graphical user interface (GUI) on a heads up display (HUD), and user control buttons configured to control the pointing laser, the rear communication light, and elements of the GUI. Users of such a visual communication system may include emergency response personnel and critical workers, and the GUI may display various vision modes directed to situations that may arise out of an emergency response, military, law enforcement, public safety effort or mission.

Abstract: A vehicle autonomous drive system including a steering wheel, a sensor operable to identify each gesture component within a set of gesture components performed on the steering wheel by a driver of the vehicle, the set of gesture components including thumb-tap, thumb touch-and-hold, thumb-glide, hand-grab and hand-tap, a processor for an autonomous drive system in the vehicle, receiving from the sensor, a series of time-stamped, contact coordinates for the gesture components identified by the sensor, and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions thereon that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to construct compound gestures based on the series of time-stamped, contact coordinates, and to activate features of the autonomous drive system in response to the compound gestures.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computing devices, and computing entities for displaying media content of an electrical connector comprising a plurality of pins referenced in technical documentation for an item via an IETM viewer. In accordance with one embodiment, a method is provided comprising: providing a window for display via the viewer comprising a first view pane displaying textual information comprising an identifier for the connector and a second view pane displaying media content illustrating the connector and pins; receiving a selection of the identifier; and in response: generating and providing a preview window for the connector comprising pin information; receiving a selection of a pair of pins from the pin information by the user; and in response, causing the pair to be displayed using a highlighting format in the media content, and causing the remaining pins to be displayed in a deemphasized format.

Abstract: An electronic device that provides user experience for controlling at least one ultra-wideband (UWB) device, and a control method are provided. The electronic device includes at least one antenna, a touch screen display, memory storing one or more computer programs, and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the at least one antenna, the memory, and the touchscreen display, wherein the one or more computer programs include computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the electronic device to receive an ultra-wideband (UWB) signal from an external electronic device through the at least one antenna, in response to reception of the UWB signal, compute an orientation angle of the electronic device with respect to the external electronic device, a distance between the external electronic device and the electronic device, and an orientation time, when each of the calculated orientation angle, the distance, and the orientation time satisfies a first predesignated criterion, display a user interface corresponding to the external electronic device, and when any one of the calculated orientation angle, the distance, and the orientation time does not satisfy the first criterion, display a user interface corresponding to the external electronic device.

Abstract: Some examples of the disclosure are directed to systems and methods for transitioning an object between orientations in a three-dimensional environment. In some examples, an electronic device presents a three-dimensional environment including a virtual object that is displayed in a first orientation in the three-dimensional environment. While displaying the three-dimensional environment, the electronic device detects movement of a viewpoint of a user of the electronic device. In response to detecting the movement of the viewpoint, the electronic device moves the virtual object based on the movement of the viewpoint. In accordance with a determination that the movement of the viewpoint exceeds a threshold movement, the electronic device displays the virtual object in a second orientation in the three-dimensional environment. In accordance with a determination that the movement of the viewpoint does not exceed the threshold movement, the electronic device maintains display of the virtual object in the first orientation.
