摘要: Lighting panels and methods of manufacturing lighting panels are described. An example lighting panel includes a substrate that has a planar surface, electrically conductive traces printed onto the planar surface of the substrate, and light sources mounted onto the electrically conductive traces at mounting positions such that the electrically conductive traces form an electrical interconnection between selected ones of the electrically conductive traces and associated ones of the light sources. The lighting panel also includes a polymer sheet provided over the light sources, and a composite base upon which a stack-up of the substrate with the printed electrically conductive traces, the light sources, and the polymer sheet is applied. The light sources are embedded into the composite base and are also flush with a top surface of the stack-up, and the substrate is also embedded into the composite base underneath the light sources at the mounting positions.

摘要: A vehicular lighting apparatus which is relatively small, low cost, superior in mountability to an automobile, and superior in recognizeability of an object illuminated by a head lamp. The apparatus includes: a composite lens element that is a light guide element constructed by molding a translucent resin substantially into a plate-like shape; a planar light-emitting unit that emits light; an optical system that transforms planar light from the light-emitting unit into linear light and that causes the linear transformed light to be incident on a rear side face of the light guide element; and a diffraction lens formed on the rear side face of the light guide element on which the linear transformed light is incident, and condensing the linear transformed light. The light condensed by the lens means is emitted from a front side face of the light guide element onto a road surface in front of the vehicle.

A light conversion layer is positioned on an opposite side of the decorative layer from the over-mold and configured to convert ambient illumination. 摘要: A lighting module disclosed in an embodiment comprises: a plurality of light emitting devices on a substrate; and a reflector arranged in the direction of emission of light from each light emitting device on the substrate. The light emitting device has a light exit surface, and the reflector has a reflecting surface concave toward the substrate, at least a portion of the reflecting surface corresponding to the light exit surface of the light emitting device. The reflecting surface is arranged at a height that increases gradually in proportion to the interval from the light emitting device arranged in the light incident direction. The reflecting surface comprises a plurality of convex portions arranged in a first direction and first bridge portions that connect between the plurality of convex portions. The first bridge portions are arranged along the convex portions and are arranged to be lower than a straight line that connect high points of adjacent convex portions. The convex portions and the first bridge portions have the same length in a second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction, and the area of the convex portions may be larger than the area of the first bridge portions.

摘要: A system for signaling vehicle deceleration having an acceleration sensor, processor, lamp controller, power supply, mount, and lamp. The acceleration sensor gathers acceleration data of the vehicle, and the processor interprets the acceleration data gathered. If, based on that data, the processor determines that the vehicle is decelerating beyond a preset threshold, the processor powers the lamp via the lamp controller. The system adjusts for various orientations and positions of installment.

摘要: Provided is a vehicle headlamp which is capable of forming a light distribution pattern with a high degree of flexibility in shape. A vehicle headlamp includes an excitation light source, a phosphor, a scanning mechanism which includes a reflecting mirror configured to be swingable and which is configured to receive light emitted from the excitation light source on a reflecting surface of the reflecting mirror to scan light reflected on the reflecting surface toward the phosphor, a projection lens which is configured to transmit therethrough light emitted from the phosphor to form a light distribution pattern, and a condensing lens which is configured to condense the light emitted from the excitation light source onto the reflecting surface.
