摘要： A multi-position switching actuator for a switch gear includes a control handle unit including a control protrusion and an insertion recess, a rotation member disposed at a portion spaced from a rear portion of the control handle unit and rotated by a rotation of the control handle unit, a front plate disposed between the control handle unit and the rotation member, a latch releasing member engaged to the rear surface of the rotation member, a latch driving member engaged to the latch releasing member, a location fixing member connected to the latch driving member and limiting a rotation of the latch driving member by a predetermined angle, an elastic member disposed between the latch releasing member and the latch driving member for thereby generating an instant rotation of the latch driving member, and a central shaft for being inserted from a rear portion of the latch driving member toward the front of the multi-position switching actuator. The actuator appropriately switches a contact point to another and carry out a 3-position (open-close-earth) control, a four-position (open-close-open-close) control and a multi-position control by employing a single actuator.

摘要： A pressure contact is capable of providing an electrical connection between a plug connector-pin and a stationary current-supply contact element placed within the internal chamber of a plug socket. A movable conductive member placed within the socket is adapted to be pushed upwardly by the connector-pin in opposition to a torsional spring located along a path which is parallel to the axis of the stationary contact element. The conductive member then moves clear of an end of the spring and moves upward abruptly, under the action of the torsional spring, until a contact element attached to the end of the movable member is applied against the stationary contact element in order to form an electrical connection.

摘要： A snap-action switch includes a housing having a pair of terminal studs at the rear connected to stationary contact blades inside the housing located in a common plane. A pair of rotatable contact blades are supported upon a contact shaft that is rotatable in the housing and attached to a contact shaft driving insulator. A pair of coil springs around the switching shaft urge the rotatable blades together. The driving insulator is formed with notches for engagement with tabs extending from a saddle that is rotatable about a key shaft and adjacent to a cam plate driven by the key shaft. A pair of latching springs cantilevered from respective stop pins in the housing engage respective tangs on the saddle when the saddle is in a corresponding one of the two stable switch positions. An action spring around the keying shaft between the contact shaft driving insulator and the saddle plate has its ends extending through arcuate grooves in the saddle and cam plate. Rotating the key shaft angularly displaces the cam plate while the saddle plate remains stationary to wind the action spring until a cam on the cam plate displaces the latching spring to release the tang on the saddle plate, allowing the spring to unwind and angularly displace the saddle plate, contact shaft driving insulator, contact shaft and rotatable contact blades to the new stable position.
