Abstract: A pressurized dispensing package system includes two dispensing packages, each package including a projecting discharge passage structure. One of the packages includes an actuator assembly that includes two structures that are movable relative to each other. One of the structures defines a refill passage and an intersecting dispensing passage. In a first position of the structure a continuous material flow path that includes a discharge passage structure and the dispensing passage is defined and at least one port of the refill passage is closed by a surface of the other structure. In a second position the refill passage is aligned with the discharge passage structure and a continuous material flow path through the refill passage is defined whereby a transfer tube may be introduced into the refill passage to block the dispensing passage at the intersection thereof.

Abstract: A method for producing filled containers (16) from preforms (13). Each of the preforms is transferred to a circulating molding and filling element (14) of a molding and filling station and is shaped into the respective container in a subsequent molding and filling process in a mold under the effect of pressure from a supplied filler, wherein the mold is designed in multiple parts, including a base mold (21) and mold sides (19, 20), and each container is clamped between the base mold at the bottom and the molding and filling element at the top at least at the end of the molding and filling process. The container is separated from the respective molding and filling element and the respective mold after the molding and filling process. The mold sides are removed from each container before the molding and filling element and the base mold are separated from the container.

Abstract: A time-pressure-filling system for filling liquid drug product into containers is disclosed. The time-pressure-filling system has a storage vessel for storing the liquid drug product and a surge vessel. The surge vessel is configured for single use and is at least partially made of a rigid plastic material. A supply line feeds the liquid drug product from the storage vessel into the surge vessel in a pressurized fashion. A pressure control line is provided for applying a control pressure to the surge vessel, a dispenser is provided for dispensing the liquid drug product into the containers, and a dispensing line connects the surge vessel to the dispenser. A pressure sensor determines pressure in the dispensing line and a valve controls flow of the liquid drug product through the dispensing line. A surge vessel for use in the time-pressure-filling system and a time-pressure-filling method are also disclosed.
