摘要: A tooth shroud for a demolition tool is disclosed wherein forces produced during demolition operations may be dissipated so as to avoid excessive forces at stress points. A tooth block for a demolition tool comprises a first tooth shroud and a second tooth shroud. The first and second tooth shroud each comprising a body having a front wall and an end wall wherein a cavity is enclosed by the front wall and the end wall; an impact member extending longitudinally from the body; and a cut-out disposed on the end wall, wherein the first tooth shroud is connected to the second tooth shroud.

The device can cut off the steel evenly by itself when it is in use. During the cutting process, it will automatically spray water to cool down the steel and the cutter, so as to reduce the damage. After each section is cut, the cutter will automatically lift up to prepare the next section of steel cutting of wood.

摘要: A rotary cutting device comprising an anvil and roll having at least one knife affixed thereon, the roll being rotatably mounted to the machine by bearings disposed on opposing ends of the roll and supported by bearing mounts connected to the machine frame. A thermal isolating mounting arrangement orients the bearing mounts so that thermal growth occurs along an axis generally perpendicular to a plane in which the knife and anvil interface. A thermal isolator may also be disposed between the bearing mounts and the machine frame to further inhibit heat transfer into the frame and the resultant effect on knife position.

摘要: A one piece four-sided hardened steel boot tip is mounted to a distal end upper jaw tang of a heavy duty demolition. The boot tip has a front wall seated on the tang front edge and a right side wall seated on the shear side tang face and radiused or curved rear seat. A top wall has a radiused inside top wall that sits on the radiused tang top seat. A bottom wall of the boot tip has a radiused inside top wall that is seated on the tang radiused bottom seat forming a shear punching edge between the front wall and the bottom wall. The boot tip has a shear side shearing edge that is between the sidewall and the bottom wall of the boot tip. An access or side plate is seated on the guide side tang face, a portion of the radiused boot bottom wall and the radiused rear seat. The side plate is flush with the bottom and front walls. The boot tip right side and access plate have matching apertures therethrough and alignable with the tang apertures to secure the boot and access plate to the tang for encapsulating protection thereof from the lower jaw shear side, the guide side and the tie plate as the upper jaw moves into and out of the recess therebetween. One or more shims may be provided that are insertable inside the boot against the tang faces and clampable thereto after the faces have become worn or otherwise requires adjustment for maximum clamping force.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and apparatus of reducing current requirements by increasing resistance of the blade structure by reducing the cross sectional area of at least one section of the blade so that the electrical current requirements for heating of the blade to cutting temperature are reduced wherein the power supply and substantially entire unit may be mounted within a hand held unit. Methods of shaping blades to perform various heat distributions for specialty blades for custom cutting are disclosed. Further, an improved blade mounting structure is provided which includes structure for maintaining the legs of the blade parallel to the direction of cut and provides for easy insertion of new blades by maintaining a slotted blade cradle stable and in alignment with the blades and a clamp member away from the blade when the clamp mounting structure is loosened.
