    摘要: The present invention relates to a snowboard binding for coupling a snowboard shoe to a snowboard, comprising a baseplate, which is designed to be attached by means of a fastening device to a snowboard and to sit flat against same, a highback, which extends substantially perpendicularly to the baseplate, a toe strap, and an instep strap. The snowboard binding according to the invention is formed in two parts, wherein the baseplate and the toe strap are associated with a first module and the highback and the instep strap are associated with a second module. A coupling unit is provided, by means of which the first module and the second module can be releasably coupled to one another, the first module being designed to remain on the snowboard in a decoupled state and the second module being designed to remain on the snowboard shoe in the decoupled state.

    摘要: A snowboard boot and binding system is disclosed which facilitates the engagement and disengagement of a snowboard boot and binding. The snowboard boot may include a boot engagement member extending from a rear of the boot. The boot engagement member is moved downwardly into a corresponding binding engagement member to provide an arrangement which prevents forward movement of the boot. The boot engagement member also may include one or more serrations to engage with one or more pawls on the binding to prevent upward movement of the boot. A snap-in arrangement may be provided in a boot toe region. The boot has protrusions extending outwardly from each side of the boot to engage with catches on the binding sidewalls. As the boot is pressed downwardly into the binding, the protrusions splay the catches until reaching recesses, at which point the catches rebound to capture the protrusions against upward movement.

    摘要: Various binding systems for sliding boards and skis are presented. In one example, among others, a binding system includes a boot plate assembly affixed to a boot and a mounting plate assembly. The mounting plate assembly can be affixed to a sliding board or a ski. The boot plate assembly includes a socket and a wedge attached to opposite sides of a boot plate. The mounting plate assembly includes a spring mechanism configured to engage the socket and a wedge block configured to receive the wedge. When engaged, pressure from the spring mechanism holds the boot plate assembly to the sliding board or ski. When sufficient force is applied through the boot, the boot plate assembly is released from the mounting plate assembly, which frees the rider from the sliding board or ski.

The retaining and fastening arrangement of the stationary part are formed by peripherally arranged flanges separated from the board, as well as including portions with no flanges. The moving part includes a boot securing arrangement including a cavity, which can also rotate, provided with internal ridges, the cavity having a diameter approximately equal to that of the rotating body of the stationary part together with the flanges, such that the connection between the stationary part and the moving part takes the form of a bayonet coupling obtained by insertion and rotation.
