    摘要: A brushless motor includes a stationary member; a rotating member rotatably supported with respect to the stationary member; a stator provided in the stationary member and provided with a stator coil for generating current magnetic field under an exciting state; and a rotor magnet provided in the rotating member for obtaining a revolutionary power due to an electromagnetic mutual effect with the current magnet field of the stator coil. The rotor magnet is formed such that segment-shaped magnets are placed annularly with predetermined gaps circumferentially. The gaps are filled with a magnetic resin material.

    摘要: A brushless d.c. motor comprising a housing, an annular stator coil structure with the housing, a rotor concentric with the stator and comprising a body having an output shaft portion extending from one end thereof toward the forward end of the housing for connection to a mechanical load for driving the same and a permanent magnet arrangement on the periphery of the rotor body operatively associated with the stator coil structure, a first bearing near the forward end of the housing for rotatably supporting the shaft portion of the rotor and wherein there is provided a second bearing axially inwardly of the rear end of the rotor for rotatably supporting that end of the rotor and a circuit board located between the rear end of the rotor and the rear end of the housing. By virtue of the location of the second bearing a rigid and vibration free structure is provided for operation of the motor at high speed. By virtue of the location of the second bearing and the circuit board potting material can encapsulate the stator coil structure and circuit board thereby completely sealing all electrical sections of the motor so that they can withstand autoclave sterilization conditions. A fluid passage arrangement equalizes pressure applied to the first and second bearings so that they can withstand autoclave sterilization conditions.

    摘要: An electric axial flux machine including a stator and a rotor. The rotor includes a rotor shaft in the form of a hollow shaft and at least one first disk-shaped rotor member which is non-slidably arranged on the rotor shaft for conjoint rotation therewith. The stator includes a first annular disk-shaped stator member and a second annular disk-shaped stator member which are arranged coaxially to one another and coaxially to the rotor shaft and are axially spaced apart from one another, the rotor being arranged in the space therebetween. A first air gap is formed in the axial direction between the first annular disk-shaped stator member and the rotor, and a second air gap is formed between the second annular disk-shaped stator member and the rotor. The rotor has a plurality of reception slots which are equidistantly distributed over the circumference and extend radially through the rotor member and in each of which a rotor magnet is secured. The axial flux machine further includes a cylindrical ring-shaped motor casing which encloses the first annular disk-shaped stator member, the rotor and the second annular disk-shaped stator member in the axial direction, the cylindrical ring-shaped motor casing having a plurality of openings in its lateral surface, said openings being distributed over the circumference.

The axial movement prevention part provided in a bearing interposed between the housing and the rotor hub. The bearing includes a first race configured to adjoin a first peripheral surface, a second race configured to adjoin a second peripheral surface, and rolling elements interposed between the first race and the second race. The axial movement prevention part includes a bearing groove provided in a surface of the first race, a circumferential surface groove provided in a first circumferential surface, and a clearance prevention ring inserted across the circumferential surface groove and the bearing groove. A height of the clearance prevention ring is equal to or smaller than a depth of the circumferential surface groove.
