    Abstract: A copper busbar has at least one stepped hole for fastening a cable shoe vi a screw connection. The stepped hole extends from a first surface of the copper busbar to a second surface of the copper busbar. The stepped hole has at least a first region, a second region and a third region, wherein the first region of the stepped hole adjoins the first surface, with a radius of the stepped hole being constant over the length of the second region with the second radius value. The third region adjoins the second surface, wherein the third region has at least at the second surface a radius with a third radius value which is less than the second radius value.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a conductive fastener assembly, system, and method, wherein the fastener assembly comprises a fastener, a fastener sleeve, a nut, and a lubricant coating. The lubricant coating is deposited on a distal portion of a fastener shank and is omitted from the rest of the fastener. To overcome the stresses placed on the fastener sleeve by the insertion of the fastener shank largely devoid of a lubricant coating, the fastener sleeve is reinforced by one or more of an increased thickness, a high-strength alloy, and a soft metal coating.

    Abstract: A contact terminal, by means of which an annular connector or two connectors may be gripped, is described. The contact terminal comprises a housing with a pivotally mounted terminal element which may be biased onto a contact face mounted on the housing at a contact region. A holding element is provided in the contact region, to prevent a connector inserted into the contact terminal from being pulled out in the lateral direction. The terminal element has a terminal face to grip the connector against the contact face.

    Abstract: A device for clamping a pair of workpieces together. The device includes a pair of fastener heads, each defining a segmented head which is designed to clamp a workpiece a passageway in the head, as an interior camming surface in the head is moved axially against a contact surface. The two heads are mounted for axial movement toward and away from contact position at which the camming surfaces of the two heads are simultaneously brought into contact with an associated contact surface, with further movement of the two heads axially toward one another acting to force the segments in each head radially inwardly, substantially the same extent, to produce simultaneous clamping of workpieces held in each head.
