摘要: A method of determining variable trip setpoints at the time of performing a safety analysis on a plant protection system includes: selecting a fixed analysis setpoint including a first analysis setpoint at which safety functions are initiated according to process variables of a power plant, and a first reaching time representing a time required to reach the first analysis setpoint; deriving a variable analysis setpoint satisfying conditions of the first fixed analysis setpoint; and determining a variable trip setpoint by reflecting uncertainty of an instrumentation and control system in relation to the variable analysis setpoint.

摘要: Generation of feedback for a part production process based on vibrational testing of parts produced by the part production process. A response characteristic may be identified from vibrational data regarding the parts that is correlated to a process variable of the part production process. The response characteristic may relate to a state of the process variable such that identification of the response characteristic may allow for generation of feedback regarding adjustment of a process control. Such response characteristic may relate to a vibrational metric regarding vibrational data and may comprise identifying a trend in data between a plurality of parts. Also presented are approaches to evaluation of parts, including batch evaluation of parts in which collective vibrational data regarding a plurality of parts belonging to a batch are analyzed. The process control aspects may be performed independently or in combination with part evaluation.

摘要: A method for monitoring idle machining of a processing machine includes the following steps. A spindle load current of the processing machine is monitored to generate a load current change state. A cutting vibration signal of the processing machine is monitored to generate a vibration signal change state. A cutting instruction of the processing machine is obtained to generate a processing section change state. A processing time, a cutting time and an idle time are calculated according to the load current change state, the vibration signal change state and the processing section change state.

摘要: The present disclosure generally describes a method for processing a workpiece in a machine, where the method determines an offset of the machine and adjusts for the offset during production operation. In one form, the method includes logging offset data of the machine over a period of operational time having varying thermal conditions, and comparing the logged offset data against a thermal model, where the thermal model is generated based on a probing routine and dry cycling for a plurality of test cycles on a calibration artifact. Based on the comparing, the method estimates offsets for the machine and adjusts offsets of the machine during operation.

摘要: A method includes obtaining data associated with operation of an industrial process controller and identifying impacts of operational problems of the industrial process controller. The method also includes generating a graphical display for a user, where the graphical display presents one or more recommended actions to reduce or eliminate at least one of the impacts of at least one of the operational problems. The method further includes triggering at least one of the one or more recommended actions based on input from the user. The method could also include executing one or more analytic algorithms to process the obtained data and identify the operational problems of the industrial process controller. Each of the one or more analytic algorithms could be instantiated as a container, and multiple containers could be instantiated and executed as needed. Results of executing the one or more analytic algorithms could be transformed into a standard format.

The number of notifications being received is counted and managed as a rate due to the update frequency of the tool. In some embodiments, when the number of notifications received exceeds a threshold, an indicator is presented to the operator alerting them to the abnormality. The operator may then examine the system as necessary to locate the source of the abnormality.

摘要: A motor control system which makes a tool motor and a workpiece motor rotate in synchronization in a machine tool equipped with a tool motor, a workpiece motor, and a tool shaft movement motor which drives a linear shaft to change an intershaft distance between the tool shaft and the workpiece shaft, wherein when the power outage detector detects a power outage of the power supply during synchronous rotation of the tool motor and the workpiece motor, the operation of the forced deceleration circuit for causing forced deceleration of either one of the tool motor and workpiece motor is made to be delayed by a predetermined time and during that time the tool shaft movement motor is used to drive the linear shaft and separate the tool and workpiece as a retraction operation to thereby prevent damage to the tool and the workpiece at the time of a power outage.

摘要: In a method of processing data of a construction machine, a configuration file may be generated from master data of the construction machine stored in a server. The configuration file may be transmitted to the construction machine to share the configuration file between the server and the construction machine. New data of the construction machine may be selectively collected using the configuration file. The collected data may be transmitted to the server. Thus, the server and the data processor may share the configuration file generated from the master data of the construction machine with each other so that one kind of the data-collecting unit and the software may be commonly applied to all of the construction machines.
