    摘要: A heat exchanger includes flat tubes and fins. The fins are corrugated fins, and are disposed between the flat tubes that are vertically arranged. Between the vertically arranged flat tubes, heat transfer parts of each of the fins are arranged in the direction in which the flat tubes extend. Each of the heat transfer parts include louvers that extend in an up-and-down direction. Bent-out ends of the windward louvers include main edges, upper edges, and lower edges. The upper edges and the lower edges are tilted relative to the main edges. The tilt angle θ5 of the lower edges relative to the main edges is smaller than the tilt angle θ4 of the upper edges relative to the main edges.

The cut-and-raised portion is formed by raising a periphery of a cutting line segment when a material of the fin is wavily folded. The cutting line segment is set in a vicinity of a hypothetical center line of the folded portion before the material of the fin is wavily folded. The cutting line segment is formed by a combination of cutting line segments intersecting with the hypothetical center line, or a combination of a cutting line segment intersecting with the hypothetical center line and a cutting line segment displaced with respect to the hypothetical center line.

An indoor heat exchanger includes lower fins and upper fins. The upper fins are inclined in the direction of the airflow at an angle formed between the longitudinal axis of the upper fins and the vertical direction, the range of the angle being equal to or greater than the range of an angle formed between the longitudinal axis of the lower fins and the vertical direction, and the upper fins are disposed adjacent to top ends of the lower fins. The upper fins have curved portions that are curved in proximity to the portions bordering the top ends of the lower fins on the downstream side in the airflow direction F.

Heat transfer surfaces for transferring heat between air of the heat transfer tubes and the heat transfer fins have holes each having a radius smaller than the critical radius of a nucleus that occurs upon phase change from water vapor to condensed water droplets such that the holes are filled with the air at all times. Water is allowed to move from the holes filled with the air having low surface energy to metal part having high surface energy, thus improving drainage.
