摘要： A shoulder supported, hand directed automotive grease gun in which a reciprocating piston transfers fluid from a supply tube to an outlet conduit. A battery powered motor and gear transmission rotate a disc on which is mounted an eccentric pin. The pin forcibly moves a piston holder between low friction parallel guides so as to advance the piston with its transferred fluid toward the outlet conduit. A first spring constantly biases the piston holder toward the pin so that the piston reciprocates rapidly as the disc rotates. An adjustable spring-loaded ball seal unit with an adjustable spring seat controls flow of the fluid. A fluid supply tube heating device alters fluid density to also control fluid flow. An auxiliary shoulder strap relieves pressure on an operator's wrist and transfers backpressure and tool weight to the operators body.

摘要： An apparatus converts rotary motion of a motor drive shaft into oscillatory motion of a work piece, for example, in a power tool. The apparatus comprises a planetary gear assembly connected to the motor for rotating an output gear. The output gear meshes with a drive gear including a drive pin. The drive pin fits in a yoke slot for reciprocation of the yoke upon rotation of the drive gear. The yoke is operatively connected to the work piece. An air flow system cools the power tool housing. The housing has an inlet aperture in the handle portion and an outlet aperture for placing the interior of the housing in communication with the atmosphere. A wall integral with the handle portion engages the body of the motor housing between a first end and openings in the body. The wall provides a barrier to minimize air flow between an intake air portion of the interior of the housing and an exhaust air portion. A fan on the motor drive shaft induces air flow from the intake air portion and exhaust air portion of the interior chamber into the motor housing through openings in the end walls. Air is discharged from the openings in the body.

摘要： A portable grease gun with a dual pressure output capability which can be selectively changed by the user with little effort. A larger diameter plunger is longitudinally coupled to an extension. The larger diameter plunger and its extension are variable in length by manual rotation of the extension relative to the larger diameter plunger. The larger diameter plunger is slidable within a plunger retainer over a limited range and is not free to rotate within the plunger retainer. The larger diameter plunger and the plunger extension have aligned bores through them in which a smaller diameter plunger is slidable. The smaller diameter plunger moves when an actuating lever is operated to compress grease in the grease gun. The larger diameter plunger may be adjusted to remain static during operation of the actuating lever or it may be adjusted to move during all or part of the compression stroke of the actuating lever.

摘要： The invention disclosed here-in provides a detachable mounting removable cradle and a rear housing device, with a shaft extending horizontally through the rear housing into the removable cradles, to extract or remove compound substances such as caulking or grease. The purpose for the present invention, the rear housing and front cradle driven power system, is twofold. Its uses would enhance the work load in building, and in the small lubrication industry, as well as offer a healthier and safer working environment. Therefore this improved detachable mounting caulking and grease system is for the purpose of giving the user the option of a hand held electric power driven system, a means for less movement of the hands, fingers, and arms, that may lead to the cause of physical conditions and injuries such as caper-tunnel and arthritis in the wrist joints. This arrangement is an improvement over other methods, such as hand held manually operated systems of original hand held devices. The present invention is designed for safety, but to accomplish a job with a minimum expenditure of time and effort. These separate mounting cradles and the rear housing that makes the connection to the portable or electric drill, are all designed steel bracket as per drawing, mounted on top of a hand held drill housing to hold or bear the weight with a supporting launching pad, to rest on top of the drill housing, with a reinforced locking system as per drawing, attached to the rear of the drill housing.

摘要： Continuously shooting pneumatic grease gun structure including an air chamber housing defining therein an elongated air chamber. A push hole extends from the air chamber through one end of the housing to outer side thereof. A piston is reciprocally axially movably disposed in the air chamber between a start position and an end position. When in the end position, the piston permits the air in the air chamber to pass through the piston and escape from an outlet passage of the housing. A grease push rod is coaxially fitted in the push hole and synchronously movable along with the piston. A restoring spring is compressed between the end of the housing and the piston to resiliently keep the piston in the start position. A controlling valve is movably disposed on the housing between an open position and a close position. When in the close position, the controlling valve blocks an inlet passage of the housing to hinder external high pressure air from entering the air chamber, while when in the open position, the controlling valve unblocks the inlet passage, permitting external high pressure air to enter the air chamber. A shift air passage is formed in the body section for such conducting the air in the air chamber as to move the controlling valve from the open position to the close the position.

摘要： An auto-pull follower is provided for use in a grease gun of the type having a grease reservoir with a piston mounted for reciprocating movement in the reservoir. The reciprocating piston is provided with a novel auto-pull mechanism comprising a spring biased spool mounted for rotation on the piston, and a flexible cord or chain extending from the spool and out of the reservoir through a hole in a rearward end wall of the reservoir. Pulling the end of the cord outside the reservoir causes the spool to rotate against the bias of the spool spring and causes a length of cord to be unwound from the spool. After unwinding the length of cord from the spool, continued pulling of the cord from the reservoir end wall causes the piston to move against the bias of a piston spring in a direction towards the reservoir end wall. The movement of the piston toward the end wall increases the interior volume of the reservoir and enables the loading of grease into the reservoir interior. Releasing the cord causes the spring bias of the spool to automatically retract the length of cord pulled from the reservoir interior back into the reservoir interior and rewinds the length of the cord back on the spool.

摘要： A grease gun has a grease container with a low pressure piston, and a highressure part with a high pressure piston in a passage. The high pressure part is located on a cap screwed to the grease container. The high pressure part is connected through a hole with the interior of the grease container and has an outlet nozzle extending perpendicularly to the high pressure piston and having a passage and a valve. A hand lever is journalled to the high pressure piston and mounted on a pivoting link joining it to the high pressure part. The high pressure part and the outlet nozzle are made as an integral one piece component bend of round steel stock pressed and bent into an L-shape into which the necessary passages are formed after the bending and pressing. These passages may be formed also by pressing, or drilling, or the like.
