摘要： A method of manufacturing a material, including a thermoset material, comprising: providing a reinforcement fiber; combining a low melt fiber with the reinforcement fiber using the method of plying, twisting, air texturing, air entanglement, yarn made via the coating extrusion process, whereas the coated area has a lower melt than the core and the reinforcement fiber, co-weaving, co-mingling, and any combination thereof; and, applying heat to the combination to melt the low melt fiber to form a fiber composite wherein a melting point of the reinforcement fiber is higher than the operational temperature resulting from the application of the heat. The fiber combination can be a fabric and can be hydrophobic. The fiber combination or fabric can include properties taken from the group consisting of lighter thermoplastic combination, fracture resistance or elimination, increased impact resistance, vibration damping, low conductivity, reduced structural failures, dielectric properties, and any combination thereof.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a woven textile fabric, the fabric including: a warp yarn with a yarn count of 20s to 60s comprising a blend of a cotton, a recycled cotton and a recycled polyester; and a weft yarn with a yarn count of 20s to 60s comprising a blend of a cotton, a recycled cotton and a recycled polyester, wherein the total content of the recycled cotton in the fabric is at least about 15%, further wherein said fabric exhibits rating of 3 or above when the fabric is tested for pilling after 1000 rubs. The advantageous fabric realized in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure has excellent wrinkle resistance, high tensile strength, and low pilling.

摘要： A woven article for a carbon fiber reinforced plastic according to the present invention is a woven article of a spun yarn containing: about 10 wt % to about 60 wt % of a carbon fiber staple in which the content of carbon components is equal to or greater than about 97 wt %; and about 40 wt % to about 90 wt % of a thermoplastic resin fiber, wherein the carbon fiber staple is obtained by carbonizing carbon fiber reinforced plastic scrap at a temperature of about 900 to about 1400° C. The woven article for a carbon fiber reinforced plastic includes a carbon fiber staple manufactured from scrap generated during manufacture of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and allows economic recycling of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic scrap without a reduction in mechanical properties. When molded, productivity is high due to a short cycle time, there is almost no orientation, and an excellent flexural modulus is exhibited.
