In one embodiment, the invention can be a display system comprising: sheet of paperboard having a plurality of holes extending from a front surface to a rear surface of the paperboard; a light assembly comprising a string of lights and a controller comprising an internal power source, the string of lights comprising a plurality of light modules arranged in a spaced apart manner along a length of wire, each of the light modules comprising a light portion capable of being alternated between an illuminated state and a non-illuminated state via the controller; and the light portions of the string of lights extending through the holes of the paperboard so as to protrude from the front surface of the paperboard, the wire of the light assembly located adjacent the rear surface of the paperboard.

    摘要： A game and method for playing a game comprising a playing surface (200) with a plurality of position marking indicators (202) simulating a sporting field, a position marker (206) placed thereupon. The game having a plurality of spinners (100), each having a results indicator (102) and an indicating surface (104). Wherein a first player selects one of a plurality of spinners (100) and spins the selected spinner (100) creating a first result. The position marker (206) is then moved according to the fast result thereby simulating the playing of a sport. In another embodiment, a second player selects and spins a second spinner (100), creating a second result which may counteract or otherwise modify the first result. The position marker (206) is then moved according to the combined result of both spins. In yet another embodiment, the width of the segments (116, 118) on the indicating surface (104) are varied in width, thereby altering the probability of a particular result occurring.

More particularly, a method of gameplay which follows the career of a selected golf professional, as each game participant attempts to attain victories in the selected golf professional's career by selecting game pieces from a stack at random. A method in accordance with the disclosure entails providing a two dimensional array including the major tournament results of a selected golf professional, providing a plurality of game pieces, a player selecting a game piece, wherein the game piece corresponds to an element in the array, and repeating game piece selection for each successive player until a victory condition is met. Scoring mode, grand slam mode, and career win mode can each be used in the game play method in accordance with the present disclosure.

    摘要： A golf-themed card game in which each player's cards are initially dealt in a face-down board is disclosed. Each player in succession may choose a card from a drawing stock or from the discard pile to replace a card in the player's board. Once each of the cards in any player's board are all face up, each other player is allowed one additional turn. The game is then scored by totaling the numerical value for all cards in each player's board, with identical cards in the same column not being scored. The player with the lowest score for a series of nine hands, or “holes,” is determined to be the winner.

The game piece has a plurality of flat sides, so that upon rolling the game piece it will come to a resting position, displaying to the player(s) information on one of the flat sides. That information includes scoring information for golf holes that are being played in a simulated fashion, and may also include information concerning clubs, hazards, weather, and risks/rewards. Preferably, a scorecard is also provided, so that scores may be recorded. It is further preferred that the game piece be hollow, so that the scorecard may be stored therein.
