To this end, the driving control circuit is configured to include a plurality of TMICs, each of which is merged with a timing controller and a source driver, and the time controller is configured to adjust end locations of the horizontal blank intervals of data enable signals to match the end locations outputted from TMICs to an end location of a horizontal blank interval of a data enable signal outputted from another TMIC, and, when a gate output enable signal is supplied, perform adjustment so as to indicate a rising edge of the gate output enable signal before the data latch enable signal having the highest frequency is supplied.

    摘要: Disclosed are flat/vertical type vacuum field transistor (VFT) structures, which adopt a MOSFET-like flat or vertical structure so as to increase the degree of integration and can be operated at low operation voltages at high speeds. The flat type comprises a source and a drain, made of conductors, which stand at a predetermined distance apart on a thin channel insulator with a vacuum channel therebetween; a gate, made of a conductor, which is formed with a width below the source and the drain, the channel insulator functioning to insulate the gate from the source and the drain; and an insulating body, which serves as a base for propping up the channel insulator and the gate. The vertical type comprises a conductive, continuous circumferential source with a void center, formed on a channel insulator; a conductive gate formed below the channel insulator, extending across the source; an insulating body for serving as a base to support the gate and the channel insulator; an insulating walls which stand over the source, forming a closed vacuum channel; and a drain formed over the vacuum channel. In both types, proper bias voltages are applied among the gate, the source and the drain to enable electrons to be field emitted from the source through the vacuum channel to the drain.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a recording and storage means in digital STB (Set Top Box) and PVR (Personal Video Recorder) and method thereof. The digital broadcast receiver for receiving real-time digital broadcast programs comprises: storage means for storing broadcast programs, being attachable and separable to and from a set by a user without taking the set apart; a coupling means for attachment and separation of the storage means to and from a main body of the broadcast receiver; and a connection means as a path for power supply of the storage means, and signal. The method for storing real-time digital broadcast programs comprises the steps of: extracting a broadcast program to be stored from a digital broadcast stream being received by a tuner; detecting whether a storage means is installed in a broadcast receiver; if the storage means is installed, storing the broadcast program in the storage means, if the storage means is not yet installed, storing the broadcast program in a temporary memory, and redetecting the installation of the storage means and if the installation of the storage means is confirmed, storing the broadcast program stored in the temporary memory in the storage means. The present invention allows users to record and store real-time data for an extended period of time, simply by changing the storage medium with a new one without interruption of the data being received.
