An atomizer used in the inner combustion engine and having energy saving and debris reducing function, which includes: a housing having an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, the interior of the housing is installed with a flow regulating mask, and a bottom plate is installed inside the housing; a working fluid filled in the housing and disposed above the bottom plate; a floating carrier installed in the housing and floating on the liquid surface of the working fluid; at least an atomizing mechanism installed on the floating carrier; and a sensing controlling mechanism installed below the bottom plate and connected to the atomizing mechanism. Accordingly, with the driving and regulating provided by the sensing controlling mechanism, the flow regulating mask allows the atomizing mechanism to atomize proper amount of water with respect to the actual conditions of the rotation speed and loading status of an engine.

The present invention provides a brush wheel typed nebulizer, comprising: a drive device; a spiral pump, including a body, an outer sleeve, in which the outer periphery of the body is installed with at least a helicoid member closely attached to an inner sleeve having a flow opening inside the outer sleeve; a brush wheel, configured with multiple implant holes and having brush hairs forming at least a ditch; a sleeve lid, on which a notch is configured in correspondence with the end of the brush hair, and an inner bulge acting conjunctively with the end of the brush hair and having multiple guide grooves. With such a design, it is possible to fling off the highly viscous liquid attached on the brush hair to create atomized liquid of extremely tiny microdrops.

A gate driving circuit having a low leakage current control mechanism is disclosed for providing a plurality of gate signals forwarded to a plurality of gate lines respectively. The gate driving circuit includes a plurality of shift registers. Each shift register includes a driving unit, an energy store unit, a buffer unit, a voltage regulation unit, and a control unit. The driving unit generates a gate signal based on a driving control voltage and a first clock. The buffer unit functions to receive a start pulse signal. The energy store unit provides the driving control voltage through performing a charging process based on the start pulse signal. The control unit generates a control signal based on the first clock and a second clock having a phase opposite to the first clock. The voltage regulation unit regulates the driving control voltage based on the control signal.

An apparatus, a shifter register unit, a liquid crystal display device and a method for eliminating afterimage are provided herein, which merely utilize a high voltage source delay discharging phenomenon oriented from a powered-off power device to lead any two of a plurality of existing signal sources employed by the shift register unit to reach a high level used for controlling of charge and discharge of a discharge switching unit corresponding to a pixel unit. Therefore, a power-off afterimage problem could be improved and a signal reset function for power-on also can be achieved.
Abstract:
A cooling fan and dynamic pressure bearing structure is disclosed. The cooling fan includes a base portion, a bearing portion, a dynamic pressure bearing, a coil assembly, and an impeller assembly. The dynamic pressure bearing is received in the bearing portion. A plurality of pressure collecting grooves is arranged in an inner surface of a shaft hole of the dynamic pressure bearing at intervals for receiving lubricating oil. Each pressure collecting groove has two slanted grooves extending slantways which connect with each other at one end to form a connecting point. A transverse groove extends from the connecting point backward the direction of the two slanted grooves. Based on the special design of the pressure collecting groove, the present invention increases the area that creates pressure to increase the intensity of the pressure and decrease the number of pressure collecting grooves to reduce processing loads and production costs.

An eye treatment device that atomizes a medicament to form a liquid mist, which can then be directly sprayed onto the eyes of a user, and embraces a primary configuration including a cover member configured on a main body and adapted to cover periphery of the eyes, and a liquid mist exciter device configured to be at closest distance from the cover member. The exciter device utilizes a piezoelectric ceramic oscillator to actuate percussion boards, and liquid mist output sides of the percussion boards face the cover member, thereby forming a configuration that realizes closest separation from the eyes of the user and a high-speed cooling effect. The eye treatment device thus enables direct spraying of the liquid mist onto the eyes.

A key switch control device includes a gate controller and a load connected in series to AC power supply, a control circuit connected to the key switch to receive from it a pulse signal for controlling the gate controller and the load, enabling AC power supply to be connected to the load when the key switch is clicked once, or disconnected from the load when the key switch is clicked at least twice. The control circuit includes an oscillator, a time pulse counter, a periodic comparator, a power modulation recognizer, and an output drive.
