    Abstract: A display substrate including a base substrate, a first thin film transistor disposed on the base substrate and including a first gate electrode and a first semiconductor active layer; a second thin film transistor electrically connected to the first thin film transistor, the second thin film transistor including a second gate electrode and a second semiconductor active layer; and an organic light emitting device electrically connected to the second thin film transistor. The first semiconductor active layer includes a first material and the second semiconductor active layer includes a second material different from the first material.

    Abstract: An organic electroluminescent display includes: a substrate having a plurality of pixel areas and a non-pixel area; pixel electrodes located at respective ones of the pixel areas; driving transistors electrically connected to respective ones of the pixel electrodes; an insulating cover layer covering the driving transistors and having a dummy well located at a portion of the insulating cover layer corresponding to the non-pixel area; a pixel definition layer on the insulating cover layer and having openings therethrough corresponding to the pixel areas, respectively; an organic light emitting layer on the pixel electrodes; and a common electrode on the organic light emitting layer. A portion of the pixel definition layer fills the dummy well.
