Abstract: An electronic device is provided, which includes a substrate, a protruding pattern, a first conductive pattern, an insulating layer, and a second conductive pattern. The protruding pattern is disposed on the substrate. The first conductive pattern is disposed on the substrate and covers the protruding pattern. The insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive pattern. The insulating layer includes an opening overlapping at least a portion of the protruding pattern. The second conductive pattern is disposed on the insulating layer. The second conductive pattern is connected to the first conductive pattern through the opening.

Abstract: A display module includes a display area and a non-display area disposed outside the display area on a plane. The display module includes a base layer, a circuit device layer, a display device layer, a thin film encapsulation layer, and a touch sensing layer. An inorganic layer of the touch sensing layer contacts an inorganic layer of the circuit device layer exposed by an organic layer of the circuit device layer. An inorganic layer of the thin film encapsulation layer is disposed between the inorganic layer of the touch sensing layer and the inorganic layer of the circuit device layer to block a moisture penetration path which causes delamination of the thin film encapsulation layer.

Abstract: Provided is an organic light emitting display module including an active area, a pad area, and a boundary area between the active area and the pad area. Unlike the active area and the pad area, since the boundary area does not include an inorganic layer, less stress is applied to the boundary area when the boundary area is bent. Display panel pads and touch sensing member pads are disposed at the same height without having a height difference therebetween. Thus, a dummy pad may be added to remove the height difference between the display panel pads and the touch sensing member pads.
