    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes: a substrate; a scan line configured to transfer a scan signal; a data line and a driving voltage line configured to transfer a data voltage and a driving voltage, respectively; a switching transistor including a switching drain electrode configured to output the data voltage; a driving transistor including a driving gate electrode connected with the switching drain electrode; a storage capacitor including a first storage electrode connected with the driving gate electrode and a second storage electrode connected with the driving voltage line; and an organic light emitting diode connected with a driving drain electrode of the driving transistor. The storage capacitor includes: a connector in which an edge of the second storage electrode is offset from an edge of the first storage electrode in a direction toward the center of the second storage electrode, and a storage compensator facing the connector.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a substrate, a scan line formed over the substrate and configured to provide a scan signal, and a data line crossing the scan line and configured to provide a data voltage. The display also includes a driving voltage line crossing the scan line and configured to provide a driving voltage, a switching transistor electrically connected to the scan line and the data line, and a driving transistor electrically connected to the switching transistor and including a driving gate electrode and a driving channel overlapping each other in the depth dimension of the display. A first storage capacitor overlaps the driving channel in the depth dimension and includes a portion of the driving voltage line. A second storage capacitor is separated from the first storage capacitor and overlaps the portion of the driving voltage line.

    Abstract: A display device includes signal lines and pixels connected thereto. A first pixel includes a first transistor including a first gate electrode, a first channel region overlapping the first gate electrode, a first source region, and a second drain region facing the first source region, with the first channel region interposed between the first source region and the second drain region. A third transistor includes a third gate electrode, a third channel region overlapping the third gate electrode, a third drain region connected to the first gate electrode, and a third source region facing the third drain region with the third channel region interposed between the third source region and the third drain region. A shielding part overlaps a boundary between the to third source region and the third channel region and does not overlap a boundary between the third drain region and the third channel region.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a scan line formed over a substrate and configured to provide a scan signal. A data line crossing the scan line is configured to respectively provide a data voltage, and a driving voltage line crossing the scan line is configured to respectively provide a driving voltage. The display includes a switching transistor electrically connected to the scan line and the data line and including a drain electrode configured to output the data voltage. A driving transistor includes a driving gate electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode of the switching transistor. A contact hole is formed between the driving gate electrode and the data line, and the driving voltage line passes through the contact hole to be connected to a conductive layer.
