    Abstract: A method for providing an auto-play mode option to a user during gameplay of a video game includes accessing, by a server, a user play model, which incorporates extracted features related to gameplay by the user and classification of the extracted features. The accessing of the model is triggered at a current time during gameplay. The method also includes identifying, by the server, predicted interactive activity that is predicted to occur ahead of the current time of gameplay. The method further includes identifying, by the server, at least part of the predicted interactive activity to be anticipated grinding content (AGC). The method also includes providing a notification, by the server, to a display screen of a user device, where the notification identifies the AGC in upcoming gameplay and provides the user with an option to use the auto-play mode during gameplay of the AGC.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for spectating a live video game are presented. In one embodiment, a method for performing an automated catch-up to a player is provided. The method includes providing an interface for presenting a first view of a video game on a client device where the first view has a first vantage point and includes a target player. The method includes an operation for providing a portal within the interface for presenting a second view of the target object, the second view having a second vantage point. The method further includes an operation for moving the second vantage point toward the target object within the portal. Additionally, the method provides an operation for wiping away the portal.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for defining a theme for a user to share with other users includes presenting a plurality of images available to a user account of a user, wherein each image includes features to distinctly identify different portions of the image. Select ones of the plurality of images selected by the user are provided to a generative AI, which analyzes the features included in the different portions to determine a theme and generate an output image for the theme. Additional inputs received from user selection of content adjusters provided alongside the output image are provided to the generative AI to further refine the output image. The refined output image is used to define a representative image for the theme and is provided to the user to specify usage of the refined output image during online interactions of the user.

    Abstract: A system and method for providing a customized in-game interaction is disclosed. A plurality of different player attributes are stored in memory, each player attribute associated with a different pattern of in-game engagement and in-game customization in a virtual environment. Data sent over a communication network regarding one or more activity files associated with in-game engagement by a user of a user device with one or more non-playable characters in one or more game sessions are received. The activity files are analyzed to identify a pattern of engagement exhibited by the user with each of the non-playable characters. A player attribute are assigned to the user based on the determined pattern of engagement matching a stored pattern corresponding to the player attribute. A customized interaction with a non-playable character during a current game session with the user device are provided.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating recommendations related to a game. One example method is for generating recommendations for a game executed by a cloud gaming service. The method includes receiving, by a server, sensor data captured during gameplay of the game by a plurality of user, and each of the plurality of sensor data includes intensity information related to reactions made by respective users. The method includes processing, by the server, features from the sensor data and the interactive data from the game when the users played the game. The features are classified and used to build an engagement model that identifies relationships between specific ones of the plurality of sensor data and the interactive data. The method includes processing, by the server, sensor data captured during a current gameplay by a user using the engagement model. The processing is configured to generate a recommendation to the user regarding an action to take to progress in the game during said current gameplay.
