In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate a report for one or more two-step random access channel (RACH) procedures between the UE and a base station (BS), wherein the RACH report includes at least one of an indication of a quantity of message A (MsgA) payloads transmitted during the one or more two-step RACH procedures on each beam of one or more beams associated with the BS, an indication of one or more parameters associated with each MsgA communication transmitted during the one or more two-step RACH procedures, or an indication of whether a respective signal strength for each beam, associated with the one or more two-step RACH procedures, satisfies a signal strength threshold. Abstract: An OAM core network may receive a request for a ML/NN model and features associated with a ML/NN procedure. The OAM core network may determine a latest update to the ML/NN model and features based on the request and generate a response to the request indicative of the latest update to the ML/NN model and features. In aspects, a base station may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request for the ML/NN model and features to the OAM core network. The base station may receive the generated response of the OAM core network based on the transmitted request. In further aspects, a UE may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request to the base station, where the UE may receive the ML/NN model and features from the base station based on the transmitted request.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to interference mitigation for communication with muting via inter-cell coordination. In one example, a network entity such as a cell may identify a time or frequency resource allocated for communication with a user equipment (UE), and transmit, to a neighboring network entity, a muting message indicating that the time or frequency resource is occupied for communication. In another example, the network entity may receive, from a neighboring network entity, a muting message indicating that a time or frequency resource is occupied for communication. The network entity may further forgo scheduling of an uplink or downlink transmission to a UE on the indicated time or frequency resource. The network entity may further schedule data for uplink or downlink transmission with the UE on a different time or frequency resource.

The network node measures, at a primary node (MN) or a secondary node (SN), a data burst statistic for the network node, the data burst statistic being based on at least one of a burst level throughput or a packet loss measurement for a data burst between the UE and the MN based on a first bearer in the split bearer configuration or between the UE and the SN based on a second bearer in the split bearer configuration. The network node provides the data burst statistic from the network node to at least one of the MN or a core network component.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for wireless communication. In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) may generate an indication of a first doppler shift associated with the wireless communication device moving with reference to a first target base station (BS), obtain, from the serving BS, a handover command for conditional handover (CHO) (with the handover command including a first trigger for handover to the first target BS), and synchronize with the first target BS during CHO after the first trigger is met, wherein the first trigger is associated with the first doppler shift. In another aspect, a serving BS generates the handover command for CHO and provides the handover command to the UE. The UE is to synchronize with the first target BS during CHO after the first trigger associated with a first doppler shift is met.
