    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive signaling indicating one or more selected priorities, of at least two priorities, to which a trigger for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback applies. The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) including the trigger for the HARQ feedback and omitting a field indicating the one or more selected priorities. The UE may transmit the HARQ feedback for the one or more selected priorities in accordance with the signaling. Numerous other aspects are described.

In some aspects, a network entity may schedule multiple downlink control information (DCI) messages, which schedule multiple uplink messages to be transmitted by a user equipment (UE) on physical uplink channel resources, such that each of the multiple DCI messages arrive at least a specified time duration earlier than a start of an earliest of the physical uplink channel resources. The network entity may transmit the multiple DCI messages as scheduled. The UE may prepare to receive the DCI messages as scheduled. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is transmits capability signaling information to a base station. The capability signaling information may be associated with a capability of the UE to maintain coherence and bundle demodulation reference signals (DM-RS) when a transmission is interrupted. The base station may receive a transmission from the UE having dropped symbols, may determine if the capability signaling information indicates that the UE maintained coherence over the dropped signals, and may utilize bundled DM-RS to decode the transmission if the capability signaling information indicates that the UE maintained coherence.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication, by a transmitting device, includes encoding information packets with an outer code to generate a first outer codeword. The first outer codeword includes information packets in addition to parity packets.     Abstract: A user equipment maps a high priority hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK/NACK) information to one or more resource elements (REs), and maps one or more of a low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK information, channel state information (CSI), or uplink-shared channel (UL-SCH) data to REs while rate matching around the mapped high priority HARQ-ACK/NACK REs. A network entity receives an uplink transmission, including high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK information, CSI, and UL-SCH data mapped to high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK REs, CSI REs. and UL-SCH REs, respectively. The low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK REs, the CSI REs, and the UL-SCH REs are rate matched around the high priority HARQ-ACK/N ACK REs. The network entity demaps and decodes the REs of the high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK, the CSI, and UL-SCH to obtain the high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK information, CSI, and UL-SCH data.
