Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The method may include a user equipment (UE) receiving first control information indicative of an information element (IE) that includes a set of inter-cell mobility parameters. Moreover, the UE may receive second control information indicative of a change in operating status of a TRP. The change in operating status may include transitioning the TRP to one of a primary TRP or an additional TRP as supported by a corresponding inter-cell mobility parameter of the set of inter-cell mobility parameters. The UE may then communicate with a network entity via the TRP in accordance with the change in operating status.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for semi-persistent waveform switching for uplink transmissions. The apparatus receives an indication to switch to a first waveform configuration for uplink transmission over a period of time. The apparatus transmits the uplink transmission based on the first waveform configuration during the period of time. The apparatus switches to uplink communication based on the first waveform configuration after a time period following receipt of the indication. The time period comprises a processing time to switch to the first waveform configuration. The apparatus switches to the first waveform configuration for a current BWP in response to reception of the indication.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a user equipment (UE) entering a dormant state with respect to a secondary cell group (SCG) of a node network (SN) having a primary serving cell (PSCell). In one aspect, the UE may maintain a parameter set for at least the PSCell while the UE is in the dormant state with respect to the SCG. For example, the UE may receive a parameter change message from either the SN or a master network (MN) and transmit a parameter change acknowledgment to either the SN or the MN. The parameter change message may be transmitted as one or both of a downlink control information (DCI) or media access control (MAC) control element (CE). The UE may transmit physical layer measurements to the SN based on the parameter set.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a remote UE to notify a base station about the availability of a relay UE that is not connected to the base station. In one aspect, a remote UE transmits, to a relay UE, a relay request via sidelink, the relay UE being in an RRC inactive mode. The remote UE receives, from the relay UE via the sidelink, an indication of relay availability in response to the relay request. The remote UE receives, from a base station, a configuration for relay of communication from the base station over the sidelink between the remote UE and the relay UE. The remote UE transmits or receives user data from the base station through the relay UE based on the configuration.
