    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a grant that identifies a set of uplink resources. The UE may determine whether a timing of the grant overlaps with a repetition window of a grant-free uplink communication configured on the UE. The UE may process the grant based at least in part on whether the timing of the grant overlaps with the repetition window of the grant-free uplink communication. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: A UE or mobile entity in a wireless communication may assist network optimization by determining a location uncovered by a wireless network, generate a coverage hole detected message if one or more conditions associated with the uncovered location are satisfied, and determining a time to transmit the coverage hole detected message to a covered wireless network. The covered network may act on the message to add covered in a second network so that the second network covers the UE. In other aspects, a UE or mobile entity may detect cell congestion in a first cell and assist the network in offloading congestion from the congested cell. In other aspects, a UE or mobile entity may detect backhaul congestion on a first cell, and assist in offloading backhaul communication for the first cell via a second cell.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications by an apparatus. A method includes sending signaling indicative of one or more power ratios, wherein each of the one or more power ratios is based on a transmit power for transmitting sounding reference signal (SRS) using a corresponding antenna and a receive power for receiving channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) using the corresponding antenna, and wherein the one or more power ratios are associated with one or more antennas; sending a first CSI-RS; receiving a first SRS; receiving first channel state feedback (CSF) corresponding to the CSI-RS; and performing channel estimation based on the first CSF and the first SRS.
