    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable vehicle UE(s) to transmit warning message(s) to one or more pedestrian UEs without receiving P2V transmissions from the one or more pedestrian UEs. In one aspect, a first UE determines one or more configuration parameters for a plurality of second UEs, the one or more configuration parameters including an identification parameter, the identification parameter being associated with a time period. The first UE determines, based on the identification parameter for at least one second UE of the plurality of second UEs, whether to transmit a warning message to the at least one second UE. The first UE transmits, based on determining to transmit the warning message, the warning message to the at least one second UE, the warning message including an ID for the at least one second UE, the ID for the at least one second UE being based on the identification parameter.

    Abstract: Methods, devices, systems, and computer-readable media for supporting position estimation are disclosed. A method at a first user equipment (UE) device may comprise sending or receiving, via a sidelink channel, a ranging signal between the first UE device and a second UE device. The method may further comprise obtaining at least one ranging measurement based on the sending or receiving the ranging signal between the first UE device and a second UE device. The method may further comprise broadcasting, via the sidelink channel, (1) the at least one ranging measurement with a reference to the second UE device or (2) a position estimate for the first UE device based on the at least one ranging measurement.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) operating according to full duplex (e.g., transmit and receive concurrently) may adapt a transmit power of a sidelink feedback message based on priorities of data messages. For example, the UE may determine a priority of a first data message received at the UE in a previous slot and a priority of a second data message transmitted to the UE in a previous slot. Based on a comparison of the priorities of the data messages, the UE may adjust a transmit power for a feedback message indicating a decoding outcome of the first data message and transmit the feedback message according to the adjusted transmit power while receiving a feedback message indicating the decoding outcome of the second data message thereby increasing efficiency while reducing interference.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to select a synchronization signal from multiple synchronization signals received at transceiver nodes of the UE based on configured selection rules. The UE may receive control signaling from another UE, a base station, or some other device indicating a rule for selecting between multiple synchronization signals received across transceiver nodes of the UE. The selection rule may indicate signal quality comparison metrics for selecting the synchronization signal, such as reference signal received power (RSRP) metrics, timing metrics, priority metrics, or a combination thereof. The UE may select a synchronization signal for deriving a timing at the UE based on the selection rule. The UE may forward the selected synchronization signal to one or more other UEs by transmitting the selected synchronization signal via each transceiver node at the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A roadside unit (RSU) may transmit, to a first communication node, a request for multi-static sensing capability information associated with the first communication node. The RSU may receive a report indicating the multi-static sensing capability information for the first communication node. The RSU may transmit, in response to receiving the multi-static sensing capability information, a control message indicating one or more multi-static sensing parameters for the first communication node. The RSU may receive one or more multi-static sensing measurements obtained based at least in part on the one or more multi-static sensing parameters. The RSU may transmit, to the first communication node, a second communication node, or both, one or more channel estimates determined based at least in part on the one or more multi-static sensing measurements.
