摘要： A method for supporting by a temporarily serving base station an initial access of a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining whether or not a terminal, which requests a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment for an initial access, supports a predetermined service; if the terminal supports the predetermined service, requesting a load status report to candidate base stations that can be accessed by the terminal; requesting to the candidate base stations multiple connection establishment with the terminal on the basis of the load status report obtained from the candidate base stations; determining a base station for establishing of serving link with the terminal on the basis of the response to the multiple connection establishment request; and transmitting to the terminal an RRC connection establishment response message which comprises information about the base station for the establishment of the serving link.

Particularly, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes monitoring a radio link state of a serving base station (BS); detecting a physical layer problem; transmitting a specific random access preamble related to the RLF to one or more neighboring BSs through a specific Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) resource; receiving a random access response from the one or more neighboring BSs; determining a neighboring BS to which an additional RRC connection is to be configured based on the received random access response; and configuring an RRC connection with the determined neighboring BS, wherein the specific PRACH resource is a common PRACH resource that is separately configured to transmit the specific random access preamble, thereby preventing the Link Outage phenomenon of the UE for a specific service.

摘要： Provided are a method and device for performing communication using a plurality of subframes in a time division duplex (TDD) based wireless communication system. Specifically, groups are set by grouping a first configuration and a second configuration which arrange at least one downlink symbol and at least one uplink symbol in a subframe unit. The first configuration and the second configuration are configured in a manner that the downlink symbol and the uplink symbol do not overlap with each other in a particular symbol interval. Information indicative of a group is transmitted to a terminal for at least one subframe from among the plurality of subframes. Information indicative of a configuration to be used in the terminal of the first configuration and the second configuration in a group with respect to at least one subframe is transmitted to the terminal.

摘要： A user equipment in a communication environment in which a plural communication systems interwork comprises: a processor for searching a base station of a first communication system, the base station having a signal intensity higher than a threshold; and a receiver for receiving information of a base station list of a second communication system adjacent to the terminal through a first communication system link from the searched base station of the first communication system, wherein the processor turns on a second communication system mode in the case of failing in random access channel (RACH) transmissions a predetermined number of times to the searched base station of the first communication system, wherein the receiver receives a beacon signal including an indicator which indicates support of an uplink transmission of the first communication system from base stations included in the information of the base station list of the second communication system; the processor recognizes that an uplink transmission is disabled or only a downlink transmission is enabled through the first communication system link based on the beacon signal; and the information of the base station list of the second communication system may include an indicator which indicates whether the base station of the second communication system supports a downlink (DL) or uplink (UL) transmission through the first communication system link.
