Abstract:
A natural language question and answer system analyzes a question to determine key characteristics (such as focus and lexical answer type), and matches those characteristics to business processes from business process repositories. The matching business processes are ranked and at least one is presented as a recommended answer to the user. The system can offer the user a trigger to invoke the particular business process. The analysis includes examining a user profile to determine an attribute relevant to the question, and further includes named entity searching and fuzzy string matching against the business process repositories. Each business process in a repository is designated as either idempotent, non-binding or retrieve-only. The matching can include performing a factorial LDA algorithm on both extracted named entities and latent factors of the business processes in the repositories.
Abstract:
An approach is provided to provide privacy control in a social network. In the approach, a first post is posted from a first user to a second user in the social network with the first post including private data belonging to the first user. Subsequent postings are monitored for the first user's private data. When the monitoring detects a second post of the first user's private data with the second post being from the second user to a third user in the social network, privacy controls are performed. The privacy controls mask the first user's private data from the third user so that the first user's private data inaccessible (not visible) to the third user.
Abstract:
Various embodiments provide for dynamically and automatically managing activities of two parties (e.g., friends, business associates, family members) based on a change in relationship (e.g., no longer friends, break-up, divorce, no longer working together) between the two parties in a network (e.g., a social network implemented using a social networking website). In one specific example, mechanisms are provided for dynamically and automatically adjusting privacy control (e.g. removing, hiding, scraping, deleting, obscuring) of past activity data (e.g. social network wall posts, social network wall re-posts, pictures, forum posts, blog posts, blog comments, documents, files, videos, tags etc.) of the two parties upon detecting a change in relationship between the two parties in the social network.
Abstract:
A method, computer program product, and computer system for defining, at a first computing device, at least a portion of a display area associated with the first computing device. A specialized communication from a second computing device is received at the first computing device. The specialized communication is rendered at the first computing device in at least the portion of the display area. Use of an application within at least the portion of the display is prevented at least while the specialized communication is accessed.
Abstract:
Provided are techniques for network managed rules for machine access. A request to access a machine is received from an operator. One or more machine access rules are identified for a machine and an operator who will operate the machine for a company in a location, where each of the one or more machine access rules includes variable criteria. Data for the variable criteria of the one or more machine access rules is obtained from one or more of: a machine profile of the machine, an operator profile of the operator, a company profile of the company, and environmental data for the location. The data is applied to the variable criteria of the one or more machine access rules to determine whether to provide the operator with access to the machine at the location. An indication of whether the operator has access to the machine at the location is determined.
Abstract:
Aspects automatically invoke automated dialog chat bots in response to determining that query text content meets a threshold relevance. A computer processor analyzes different words within text content of a user query input to identify via natural language processing query topics defined by combinations of the words. The processor drives a display device to present an automated dialog chat bot to the user that presents a chat bot series of dialog questions in response to determining that a query topic identified from analyzing the text content meets a threshold relevancy; or searches a database for results that satisfy keywords or query topics of the query content in response to failing to identify a query topic for the query text content, or to determining that an identified query topic does not meet the threshold relevancy.
