Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for generating and presenting, to an end user, user guidance data for achieving a desired end-state device or application configuration. End-state configuration source data may be provided to an application component. The application component may determine a desired end-state configuration from the source data, and may further determine a navigation path for transitioning from a current configuration state to the desired end-state configuration. The application component may then generate user guidance data to guide the user through the navigation path.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes calculating a first efficiency of a first device connected to a host system when a second device is not connected to the host system. Connection of the second device to the host system is detected. The method further includes calculating a second efficiency of the first device when the second device is connected to the host system. An interference quotient of the first device is calculated, by a computer processor, based on the first efficiency and the second efficiency. A user is warned of interference between the first device and the second device, responsive to the interference quotient being in an unacceptable range.

Abstract: A system and method of managing a system include receiving data indicating problems in the system that includes at least one computer system. The method also includes generating a hypothesis of a correlation between two or more of the problems, and determining whether the hypothesis of the correlation is correct following a resolution of at least one of the two or more of the problems. The two or more of the problems are identified as a new combination problem based on determining that the hypothesis of the correlation is correct.

Abstract: In response to a user-initiated interaction request sent by a user using an electronic communication, subsequent actions performed by other users that received the user-initiated interaction request are analyzed. A determination is made as to whether the subsequent actions performed by the other users that received the user-initiated interaction request correlate to an intended interaction result of the user-initiated interaction request. A visual representation of a collaboration model that correlates probabilities of successful collaborations between the user and the other users is generated in accordance with determined correlations between the subsequent actions performed by the other users and the intended interaction result. A collaboration recommendation based upon a degree of correlation between the subsequent actions performed by the other users and the intended interaction result represented within the collaboration model is provided in association with the visual representation of the collaboration model.
