    Abstract: A neural network model training method includes: first obtaining a codeword corresponding to a first weight matrix of a neural network model from a memory; then determining, based on the codeword, that a weight matrix of the neural network model is the first weight matrix, and training the first weight matrix by using training data; updating the codeword when a preset stop condition is not met, to obtain an updated codeword; next determining, by using the updated codeword obtained from the memory, that the weight matrix of the neural network model is a second weight matrix, and training the second weight matrix by using training data; and further stopping training of the neural network model when the preset stop condition is met. Memory space occupied by the codeword is far less than that occupied by the weight matrix, and therefore a data amount read from the memory can be reduced.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: An access network device sends DCI for a paging message to a terminal device, where the DCI includes scheduling information for downlink data. The access network device further sends first indication information included in the paging message to the terminal device, wherein the first indication information indicates that first downlink data corresponds to the terminal device. Therefore, when determining that there is downlink data to arrive, the terminal device determines a time-frequency location of the downlink data based on the scheduling information that is for the downlink data and that is in the DCI, and then receives the downlink data at the time-frequency location. According to the method and the apparatus provided in this application, a small amount of downlink data is transmitted, resource utilization is improved, and power consumption of the terminal device is reduced.

    Abstract: In various embodiments, a first carrier and a second carrier occupying different frequencies can be determined by a terminal device. A working state on the first carrier and a working state on the second carrier can be determined by the terminal device as a first working state, and a second working state, respectively. The first working state indicates the terminal device is capable of sending a first signal including at least one of an uplink data signal and an uplink control signal, and the second working state indicates the terminal device is incapable of sending the first signal. First indication information can be received by the terminal device from a network device. Based on the first indication information, the terminal device can determine that the working state on the first carrier is the second working state, and the working state on the second carrier is the first working state.

    Abstract: A spectrum sharing method includes a first base station (BS) establishes a first sharing cell of a first-standard network at a shared frequency, establishes a service of a user equipment (UE) of the first-standard network in the first sharing cell, and transmits data on a Traffic Radio Bearer (TRB) of the first UE. A second BS establishes a second sharing cell at the shared frequency, and establishes a service of a second UE of the second-standard network in the second sharing cell. When the shared frequency is shared, the first BS suspends the data transmission on the TRB of the service of the first UE, and retains a common channel of the first sharing cell and a SRB of the service of the UE of the first-standard network. The second BS then starts data transmission on the TRB of the service of the second UE.
