Abstract: A method for detecting an MPI noise problem. The method includes: receiving a first signal, where the first signal includes a service signal sent by a sending device and an MPI noise signal generated by an MPI noise generator, and the MPI noise generator is disposed between the sending device and a receiving device of the service signal; determining whether a packet loss occurs in the service signal; and when a packet loss occurs in the service signal, determining that there is an MPI noise problem in an optical fiber link between the sending device and the receiving device. Therefore, when a packet loss occurs in a service signal that passes through an optical fiber link between a transmit end and a receive end, it can be determined that there is an MPI noise problem in the optical fiber link.

Abstract: Various embodiments relate to the field of communications technologies, and provide a light adjustment method and a terminal to resolve a problem that an existing light therapy device cannot flexibly adjust light based on a light requirement of a user and cannot more intelligently adjust a circadian rhythm of the user. In those embodiments, an awake time period and a sleep time period of a user is determined by the terminal, and parameter thresholds in the awake time period and the sleep time period is determined by the terminal. In those embodiments, a light parameter in a current time period is obtain by the terminal, and based on the light parameter in the current time period, a light parameter of light emitted by a light source device is then adjusted by the terminal.

Abstract: A photoplethysmogram (PPG) authentication method and device, where it is detected whether a terminal currently meets a PPG signal pre-collection trigger condition, and collection of a current PPG signal of a user is triggered only when the PPG signal pre-collection trigger condition is met such that the PPG signal of the user is pre-obtained before an application requests PPG authentication. In this way, when it is detected that the application initiates a PPG authentication request, PPG authentication may be directly performed based on a most recently collected PPG signal, thereby ensuring timeliness of PPG authentication, avoiding resource consumption caused by periodic PPG signal collection, and reducing power consumption.
