    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses example power control methods and apparatuses. One example method includes determining a transmit power of a control channel and a first data subchannel, where the control channel and the first data subchannel completely overlap in time domain and do not overlap in frequency domain. A transmit power of a second data subchannel is determined to be the same as the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel, where the second data subchannel and the control channel overlap in frequency domain and do not overlap in time domain. The control channel and the first data subchannel are sent to a second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel. The second data subchannel is sent to the second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel.

    Abstract: Example radio link monitoring methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes performing radio link monitoring (RLM) in a second bandwidth part (BWP) by a terminal device. The terminal device receives first switching information from a network device that is used to indicate that an active BWP includes a first BWP, and switches from the second BWP to the first BWP based on the first switching information. The terminal device removes a measurement result obtained by performing RLM in the second BWP, where the measurement result includes a quantity N1 of one or more out of synchronization (OOS) states or a quantity N2 of one or more in synchronization (IS) states. RLM is performed in the first BWP.

    Abstract: A time-to-digital converter includes N stages of converting circuits, where N2, and N is an integer. Each stage of the converting circuit includes a first delayer and an arbiter; an output end of the first delayer in each stage of the converting circuit outputs a delayed signal of the stage of the converting circuit; and the arbiter in each stage of the converting circuit receives a sampling clock and the delayed signal of the stage of the converting circuit, and compares the sampling clock with the delayed signal to obtain an output signal of the stage of the converting circuit. The first delayer in each stage of the converting circuit includes at least one first delay cell circuit with a first time unit. The first delayer in any stage of the converting circuit includes a less number of first delay cell circuits than the first delayer in a next stage of the converting circuit.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a zoom method and an apparatus, to improve zoom accuracy of a camera module. The method includes: controlling, based on a target focal length, the lens to move in different subregions when the lens moves in an operation region, and determining position information of the lens based on a position detection relationship of a subregion in which the lens is currently located.     Abstract: This application relates to a communication method, apparatus, and system, and is applicable to fields such as internet of vehicles, intelligent driving, assisted driving, and intelligent connected vehicles. A first terminal apparatus detects sidelink control information from at least one second terminal apparatus to determine a first time-frequency resource.     Abstract: A communication method and apparatus that is used in fields such as V2X, an internet of vehicles, intelligent driving, and assisted driving. The method includes a first terminal apparatus detects SCI from at least one second terminal apparatus, to determine a first resource. The first terminal apparatus sends, to the third terminal apparatus, first information for triggering determining of second information, and receives the second information from the third terminal apparatus. The first terminal apparatus determines, based on the first resource and the second resource, the resource for sending the data. The first terminal apparatus selects, based on a sensing result of the first terminal apparatus and the resource recommended by the third terminal apparatus, the resource for sending the data, so that both interference around the first terminal apparatus and interference around the third terminal apparatus are considered, thereby reducing interference and improving communication quality.
