    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a reference signal transmission method, a device, and a system. The method includes: determining, by a first device, at least one reference signal generation sequence corresponding to at least one frequency-domain resource group that is on a symbol carrying a reference signal and that is used to send the reference signal, where one frequency-domain resource group is corresponding to one reference signal generation sequence; and generating, by the first device, the reference signal based on the at least one reference signal generation sequence, and mapping the reference signal to a time-frequency resource whose time domain is the symbol and whose frequency domain is the at least one frequency-domain resource group.

    Abstract: A power control method and a communications apparatus, in which the method includes: obtaining, by a terminal device, slot format information (SFI) of a target slot in a non-serving cell; and determining, by the terminal device based on the SFI, a power control parameter set used by the terminal device to send data in the target slot in a serving cell, where the power control parameter set belongs to a set of power control parameter sets configured for the terminal device. According to the power control method provided in this application, when a time domain resource conflict exists between the serving cell and the non-serving cell of the terminal device, the terminal device may determine an uplink power control parameter set of the serving cell of the terminal device by using the obtained SFI that dynamically changes in the non-serving cell.

    Abstract: This application provides a wireless communication method and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving higher layer signaling from a base station; receiving a broadcast message from the base station; and sending a random access preamble to the base station based on a random access configuration, where a time resource available to the random access preamble includes a part or all of a flexible time resource. Therefore, a random access requirement of a cell-edge terminal can be met, and a problem of PRACH coverage limitation can be resolved.

    Abstract: An uplink power control method and a communications device are described. The method includes receiving, by a terminal device, power control indication information sent by a network device. The power control indication information indicates a first power offset set, and the first power offset set is any one of at least two power offset sets. The method further includes receiving, by the terminal device, a transmit power control (TPC) command sent by the network device. The TPC indicates a first offset in the first power offset set. The method includes determining, by the terminal device, uplink transmit power based on the first offset. Impact of cross interference is considered in determining the uplink transmit power. Thus, the method can meet requirements of future mobile communications and improve system performance.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a method for transmitting a reference signal between a base station and a terminal. In this method, a parameter is determined by a terminal based on frequency domain location information of a frequency domain resource unit. The parameter is used to determine a sequence of the reference signal, and the reference signal is carried on the frequency domain resource unit. The reference signal can be sent to the base station by the terminal. In some embodiments, the reference signal sent by the base station can be received by the terminal. According to this method, a peak-to-average power ratio when a single terminal sends data to a base station can be reduced, and communication interference between different cells can be canceled or reduced as much as possible.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a portal push method, which comprises: a broadband remote access server (BRAS) equipment acquiring a website identification list, after the BRAS equipment receives a hypertext transport protocol (HTTP) request message sent by a user terminal. The BRAS equipment determines whether to send portal pages to the user terminal according to whether the identification of a target website visited by the user client has a matched item in the list. The embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a corresponding BRAS equipment. The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure can reduce push times of invalid portals and improve portal push success rate.
