Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a network device for announcing a multi-access point (M-AP), joint channel sounding procedure in a WiFi network for acquiring channel state information between multiple access points (APs), which belong to a same M-AP set, and multiple stations associated with at least one of those multiple APs, wherein the network device is an access point of a subset of the M-AP set which subset includes APs that are configured to transmit an announcement frame, the network device comprising: a processor configured to provide the announcement frame of the M-AP joint channel sounding procedure, wherein the announcement frame comprises an identification of the M-AP set and identifications of the APs, associated to the subset of the M-AP set which subset of APs is configured to transmit the announcement frame; and a transceiver configured to transmit the announcement frame.

Abstract: The method includes: receiving, by a second transmit end, policy information sent by a first transmit end, where the second transmit end belongs to a second BSS, the first transmit end is a transmit end that is in a first basis service set and that transmits data by using a first link, and the policy information is used to indicate a condition that the second transmit end needs to satisfy to transmit data by using a second link, or used to indicate whether the second transmit end is allowed to transmit data by using a second link; and determining, by the second transmit end based on the policy information, whether to transmit data by using the second link. According to the wireless communication method, a spatial reuse transmission policy can be adjusted dynamically based on an actual situation of a current network. This improves a system throughput.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to techniques for forward error correction and packet padding in radio transmission, e.g. WiFi communication schemes such as IEEE 802.11ax and 802.11be. In particular, the disclosure relates to a communication device configured to: transmit and/or receive a data frame based on a set of pre&post-Forward Error Correction (pre&post-FEC) parameters and a set of packet extension (PE) parameters, wherein the set of pre&post-FEC parameters is based on an extension of a set of pre&post-FEC parameters defined for a second radio transmission technology with respect to a size of resource units (RUs) supported by a first radio transmission technology, wherein the set of pre&post-FEC parameters is based on a combination of RUs that is supported by the first radio transmission technology, and wherein the set of PE parameters is based on an extension of a set of PE parameters defined for the second radio transmission technology.

Abstract: The present disclosure suggests to expand and improve the method of utilizing channel resources in the 802.11be standard by allowing the use of multiple and non-contiguous portions of a channel. Supporting multiple resource units (MRUs) and non-contiguous resource units (RUs) improves the channel utilization by making it more efficient due to enhancing the capability of leveraging the channel selectivity. To this end, a wireless network device for resource allocation is provided and configured to define a non-contiguous MRU in the bandwidth of the channel. The channel comprises a plurality of RUs, and the MRU is defined based on non-punctured RUs after puncturing one or more of the RUs of the channel, and/or is defined by aggregating two or more non-adjacent RUs of the channel.
