Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a downlink synchronization method, an apparatus, and a system, and relate to the communications field, so as to reduce downlink synchronization complexity and improve downlink synchronization efficiency. According to the downlink synchronization method, abase station sends downlink synchronization reference information to UE by using dedicated signaling or a system message, where the downlink synchronization reference information is used to instruct the UE to perform downlink synchronization in a second cell by referring to a downlink synchronization channel of a first cell; and the base station sends, in the second cell according to location information of the UE, a beam including a downlink synchronization channel to the UE, where the first cell and the second cell include an overlapped coverage area. The embodiments of the present disclosure are applied to synchronization channel sending.

This method includes: determining, by a network device, a plurality of groups of antenna ports, where each group of antenna ports includes at least two antenna ports, and any two antenna ports in a same group of antenna ports meet quasi-co-location QCL; and sending, by the network device, at least one piece of first indication information to a terminal device, where the first indication information is used to determine QCL configuration information corresponding to a target antenna port used for sending first data, the QCL configuration information is used to indicate an antenna port that is QCLed with the corresponding target antenna port.

Abstract: The present application relates to an indication method for transmitting a physical control channel. The method includes: determining, by a radio node, one of space frequency block coding SFBC transmission and single frequency transmission, as a receiving mode used by user equipment to receive a downlink physical control channel; and sending, by the radio node, an indication message to the user equipment, where the indication message is used to instruct the user equipment to receive, in the receiving mode, the downlink physical control channel sent by the radio node. The user equipment receives the downlink physical control channel according to the receiving mode, thereby improving system performance.

Resource utilization can be improved, and a system capacity can be increased.

Abstract: This application provides a transmission precoding matrix indication method and a device. A transmission precoding matrix indicator field can be effectively used, and control channel resource utilization is improved.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, the application discloses a communication method that includes the operations: generating downlink control information DCI; and sending the DCI to a terminal device. The DCI includes indication information used to indicate a single codeword scheduled by using the DCI, or a correspondence between a single codeword scheduled by using the DCI and a first resource. Alternatively, the DCI includes a first number of a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ process corresponding to a single codeword scheduled by using the DCI, where a quantity of values of the first number is greater than a quantity of values of a second number of an HARQ process used by either one codeword of DCI used to schedule two codewords. In embodiments of the application, a utilization rate of an HARQ buffer can be improved.
