An object is to capture an ultrasound image from a contact surface of a breast in contact with an imaging table. There is provided an imaging table including: a space that is provided below a loading surface on which a breast is placed and is provided to dispose an ultrasound probe which outputs an ultrasonic wave from an outside of the loading surface toward the loading surface and acquires a reflected wave of the ultrasonic wave by the breast; and a contact surface with an acoustic matching member that is provided on a back surface of the loading surface and reduces a difference in acoustic impedance between the breast and the ultrasound probe.

Provided is a solid-state laser device in which a linear resonator including an output mirror and a rear mirror, a laser rod, and optical members are provided on a common base and are contained in a housing having the base as a portion. A holding part is provided to hold an excitation light source that extends parallel to the laser rod on a side of the laser rod opposite to the base. The optical members including a Q-switch are disposed between the laser rod and the rear mirror. An upper end position of the output mirror is at a position lower than a lower end position of the excitation light source held by the holding part, with the base as a reference. The holding part holds the excitation light source so as to be capable of being inserted and extracted with respect to the output mirror side in a longitudinal direction of the excitation light source.

An X-ray imaging system includes an X-ray imaging apparatus and an access controller, which controls communication access of the X-ray imaging apparatus having an electronic cassette for forming an X-ray image and wirelessly transmitting the X-ray image. Before the electronic cassette starts transmitting the X-ray image, a priority request signal for priority of the first radio communication channel to the electronic cassette over a portable terminal device of radio communication is received. Upon receiving the priority request signal, presence of the portable terminal device is checked, in which a radio communication channel of overlap of frequency on the first radio communication channel is used. In presence of the portable terminal device with the overlap, the portable terminal device is regulated in communication regulation while the electronic cassette transmits the X-ray image. Also, the X-ray imaging apparatus is communicable by use of a communication network in wireless communication connection.
