Exemplary embodiments provide a radar apparatus having a plurality of antenna elements and enabling to reduce a number of ADCs as long as being allowable according to a bandwidth of the ADC, reduce a chip area occupied by the ADC and interconnections in an integrated circuit, and prevent a synchronization problem between the ADCs by sampling receive signals of multiple channels at once. Frequencies of local oscillation signals used for downconverting receive signals are set to be different from each other by an amount of an offset frequency, so that each of band-limited receive signals obtained through respective RF paths may occupy a different position on a frequency axis of a frequency domain. Downconverted receive signals are combined into a single signal and converted into a single digital signal stream, and a signal processing of the digital signal stream in a digital domain enables to obtain target data.

Disclosed herein is a method for transmitting, by a terminal, a sounding reference signal (SRS). The terminal receives a grant for uplink multiple subframes from a base station. The terminal determines a first subframe for an SRS transmission of the terminal among the uplink multiple subframes on the basis of SRS transmission position information received from the base station. Further, the terminal transmits the SRS in the first subframe.

An operation method of a communication node for supporting a low power mode in a wireless LAN is disclosed. A method for operating an access point comprises: a step of transmitting a CTS frame to protect transmission of a wake-up packet, a step of transmitting the wake-up packet to wake up a station including PCR and WURx; and a step of transmitting a data frame to the station. Therefore, the performance of the communication system can be improved.

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for initial negotiation in a wireless LAN. An operating method of a station in a communication system comprises the steps of: generating a probe request frame including WUR capability information of the station which supports a WUR mode; transmitting the probe request frame; and receiving a probe response frame from an access point having received the probe request frame. Therefore, the performance of the communication system can be improved.

Disclosed is a method for communicating in a network supporting licensed and unlicensed bands. A terminal operation method comprises the steps of: detecting a control channel of a subframe #n transmitted from a base station; obtaining, from the control channel, a DCI for an uplink grant; executing channel sensing on the basis of channel connection-related information included in the DCI; and transmitting, to the base station, a subframe #(n+1) if the result of executing channel sensing is an idle state. An apparatus and method for evaluating statistical interference concerning a multi-source noise environment of an electromagnetic (EM) zone are disclosed. The apparatus for evaluating statistical interference may include a receiver to receive an EM wave in a preset frequency band, a spectrum analyzer to analyze the received EM wave and to measure interference in the preset frequency band, a frequency selector to select an interest frequency in the frequency band based on a level of the measured interference, an amplitude probability distribution (APD) measurement unit to measure an APD of an interference signal with respect to the interest frequency, and a comparator to compare the measured APD to a preset limit and to draw a probability of the limit or higher of interference occurring.
