摘要： A heater plate includes a sheet-like heating member that generates heat upon being energized, a protective film provided on the side of one major surface of the sheet-like heating member to protect the sheet-like heating member, an output circuit section provided on a surface of the protective film on the opposite side to the sheet-like heating member, and a protruding portion forming film provided between the protective film and the sheet-like heating member. The output circuit section has protruding portions formed to be capable of respectively abutting terminals of a heat flux sensor which is an inspection object. The protruding portion forming film has protrusions at positions corresponding to the protruding portions. The sheet-like heating member, the protective film, the output circuit section and the protruding portion forming film are integrally formed into one piece.

摘要： According to a manufacturing method of a heat flux sensor, the heat flux sensor is sandwiched between a heater plate and a cooling unit. The heater plate is disposed on the first surface of the heat flux sensor, and the cooling unit is disposed on the second surface of the same. A heat radiation measurement plate is disposed on a surface of the heater plate opposite to the surface on which the heat flux sensor is disposed. According to this configuration, the temperature of the heater plate is controlled in an inspection process such that the heater plate is kept at an ambient temperature. This makes it possible to stabilize the temperature of the heater plate in a short time.

摘要： An abnormality estimation apparatus for estimating an abnormality in a belt of a belt conveyor includes a displacement part that is displaced in accordance with tension or a change of the tension of the belt when the displacement part is caused to abut against the belt to receive the tension of the belt, an elastic body that is elastically deformed in accordance with displacement of the displacement part, a heat flow sensor that detects a heat flow occurring due to elastic deformation of the elastic body, and an abnormality estimation part that estimates whether there is an abnormality in the belt based on a detection result by the heat flow sensor.

As the second conductive paste, a paste is used which is made by adding an organic solvent to powder of metal different in kind from the alloy. In a step of making the stack body, cavities are formed in the stack body. In a uniting step, the cavities work to facilitate flow of thermoplastic resin to absorb pressure acting in a direction different from a direction in which pressure exerted on the first conductive paste to unite the stack body, thereby resulting in an increase in pressure for the uniting to solid-state sinter the first conductive paste to make the first layer-to-layer connecting member.
