Abstract: This disclosure relates to an organic electroluminescent structure, a fabrication method thereof, and a display device. The organic electroluminescent structure includes a base substrate; a passivation protective layer formed at a side of the base substrate, in which the passivation protective layer is formed with a plurality of inner cutting portions arranged at intervals at a side facing away from the base substrate; an anode layer including a plurality of anodes arranged at intervals, and each of the anodes is correspondingly formed on the second surface; an organic light-emitting functional layer having a hole injection layer, in which the hole injection layer includes a plurality of hole injection blocks arranged at intervals, and each of the hole injection blocks is correspondingly formed on one anode; and a cathode layer formed at a side of the organic light-emitting functional layer facing away from the anode layer.

Abstract: An array substrate and a maintenance method therefor, and a display apparatus are provided. The array substrate includes: a plurality of data signal lines, wherein each of the data signal lines includes a plurality of data signal line sub-segments corresponding to a plurality of pixel units on a one-to-one basis, and each of the pixel units includes a light-shielding metal strip, wherein an orthographic projection of an input end of the data signal line sub-segment on a base substrate and an orthographic projection of the light-shielding metal strip on the base substrate have a first overlapping region used as a first maintenance site, and an orthographic projection of an output end of the data signal line sub-segment on the base substrate and an orthographic projection of the light-shielding metal strip on the base substrate have a second overlapping region used as a second maintenance site.

Abstract: A display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The manufacturing method of the display substrate includes: forming an insulation layer on a base substrate, the base substrate including a display area and a peripheral area; and forming a planarization film on the insulation layer; performing a patterning process to the planarization film to form a planarization layer with a first thickness in the display area, a planarization layer with a second thickness in the peripheral area, and a first via hole in the planarization layer with the second thickness, the second thickness being less than the first thickness, and performing an etching process on the peripheral area to thin or remove the planarization layer is with the second thickness, and forming a second via hole corresponding to the first via hole in the insulation layer.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate, a method of manufacturing the same, a liquid crystal display panel, and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate, a data line disposed on the base substrate and a pixel electrode layer disposed on a layer in which the data line is located. The pixel electrode layer includes a plurality of columns of pixel electrodes that are spaced apart from one another. An orthographic projection of the data line on the base substrate covers an orthographic projection of a gap between two adjacent columns of pixel electrodes on the base substrate, and a width of the data line is greater than a width of the gap between two adjacent columns of pixel electrodes.
