    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a mask plate and a fabricating method thereof. The mask plate includes a patterning layer having a plurality of openings; a bonding region at a periphery of the patterning region and including a bonding part configured to be bonded to an external frame; and a transition region between the patterning region and the bonding region and including a transition part, the transition part adjoining the patterning layer and the bonding part, respectively; a thickness of the patterning layer is less than a thickness of the bonding part; and a thickness of a portion of the transition part adjoining the patterning layer is less than a thickness of a portion of the transition part adjoining the bonding part. The mask plate of the present disclosure can alleviate problem that the patterning layer is thin and easy to deform and has improved flatness of the patterning layer.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a fabricating method thereof and a display device. The display substrate includes a substrate, including a plurality of island portions spaced apart from each other and a plurality of bridge portions connected between the island portions, the substrate having a plurality of openings in regions without the plurality of island portions and the plurality of bridge portions; a layer structure on each of the plurality of island portions and comprising a light-emitting layer, a common auxiliary layer and a first electrode layer stacked with each other, the layer structure on each of the plurality of island portions forms at least one light-emitting unit; wherein on each of the plurality of island portions, an orthographic projection of the common auxiliary layer on the island portion covers an orthographic projection of the light-emitting layer on the island portion.

    Abstract: A mask frame assembly, an evaporation method and an array substrate are provided.     Abstract: The present invention discloses an analysis method of a tensioning process of a fine mask plate. The analysis method, based on the simulation function of ANSYS software, finds an appropriate tensile force for stretching a fine mask plate and a corresponding actual counterforce applied to a metal frame before each fine mask plate is welded onto the metal frame through establishing a finite element model of the fine mask plate and a finite element model of the metal frame.. The analysis process requires no physical tests, thereby effectively avoiding damaging the fine mask plate and further effectively saving the test cost.
